To have good health is not difficult; however, to keep the body healthy is not simple. This requires us to have a balanced lifestyle with some popular remedies as follows: healthy eating, regular exercises, and stress reduction. First of all, healthy eating is one of the key factors contributing to a vigorous body. Healthy eating means that people should keep a regular balanced diet. This substantively improves people‘s health. Also, it is important to always ensure the adequate supplement of the nutrients because if the nutrients are balanced yet not sufficient, the operation of the body is not properly effective. Hence, with the sufficiency of the nutrients, the immune system is boosted to a large extent, supporting the body to function well.

Try to exercise every day and never skip exercising for two days in a row.Thirdly, you should maintain good relationships with people around you: your friends, parents, or neighbors. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. Circulation of vehicles on roads, railways, waterways each year but with increasing road infrastructure can present data to help the traffic situation.

My favourite sport is badminton. It is a individual sport. I try play it about 2 times a week. This game is for two people challenge each other. We need a racket and a globe. We just jump high to hit the globe to the opposite side. Althought this makes me tired, I will be healthier. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport. I love it.

Dieu Linh is my classmate. Her hbby is listening to music. She started the hobby when she was 8 years old. She usually searches in the Internet and chooses her favourite songs and she listen. Listening to music makes she feels relax after she finishes her homework. She likes her hobby and she will continue this hobby in the future.
One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.

But how to learn English well is a question which most of the students notice. we should learn english by ourselves. We can do grammar exercises in grammar books, write E as much as possible. it makes us revise our knowledge and improve our writing skill. We can watch E on TV , learn to sing E songs, read short stories or newspapers in E, listen to the programs on the radio and E tapes.It makes us improve our listening and reading skills.We should use a dictionary for reading. It makes us save up new words. The best important is that we usually practice speaking with friends and learning by heart all new words and texts.
