Some people say that they living in the countryside, the others living in the city. In my point of view, I prefer living in the countryside for a number of benefits. First of all , It is a quiet and peaceful place. There are a lot of plant species so the air and the food are fresh and clean. We can enjoy a healthy natural condition without worrying much about environmental pollution. We are free to admire the breathtaking landscapes such as huge meadows, peaceful hills or forests. We can also enjoy walking in the forest and picking mushrooms or hunting. Second, There aren't any huge blocks of flats, modern skyscrapers and bothersome traffic jams in the countryside so the air is not polluted. There is no water pollution, either. Moreover, living in the countryside is cheaper than it is in the city, so you can buy many hings at lower prices. The other positive side is the safety. In the rural area the crime rate is much lower. There aren't a lot of housebreaks of burglary and robbery. In the countryside people usually and keep eyes on neighbour's estates. They always react when something strange is happening. Finally, most of the villagers are friendly and hospitable. They are always willing to help each other. Moreover, people in the cities are very susceptible to stress because of pollution, the pressure of work, competitions, etc. In summary, Living in the countryside has many advantages because of fresh air, clean food, specially the people’s friendliness and hospitality.

Finally, traditional activities are very interesting to take part in. In each region, there are its own activities attracting visitors. For these reasons, the countryside is the ideal place for me to live.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health.
