The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

I like a modern city life, where I can expand everything in the future. However, everything has both good sides and bad ones. City is a place where life has always become modern and freedom. In there, there are many up-to-date houses and streets are often crowded. We can go shopping and buy everything what we need. If we are sick, we can go to the best hospital or find to the own doctors. Moreover, we can receive education in schools, colleges and universities. There are many entertainments such as parks, museums and so on. Additionally, people in the city approach much informations from social media, adverting. On the other hand, city life is very fast and busy. Everybody always try their best for a better life, a better luck and a better opportunity. Although the city has modern vehicles, it make air pollution. It is a significant contributor to the degration of life quality. I think we should have many solutions to take to tackle these important problems.

Last summer, the suns like to burn the whole sky so my family decided to plan an outing relieve the heat.
Me and my family prepared everything perfectly for the best outing. When we got there, we changed our clothes and ran to the beach to play intreresting game like: build sand castle, throwing ball,...We also ate seafood and stayed in hotels. My favorite memory is walking along the beach and watching the sunrise.
It was enjoyable outing and I hope to come back angain!

Con đường làng đất đỏ uốn mình qua những rặng cây xanh trông như một dải lụa đào mềm mại. Hai bên đường, vô số những loài cỏ dại đua nhau khoe sắc thắm: Hoa sâm đất tung mình với sắc tím mênh mang; hoa sao nhái đong đưa những cánh mỏng vàng tươi cùng vàng nghệ như tranh nhau xem màu nào nổi bật nhất; hoa dừa cạn cũng chen lấn với hai màu tím hồng nhạt và sắc trắng tinh khôi; hoa mười giờ thì y hẹn, cứ đúng 10 giờ lại như thách thức các loài hoa khác với những sắc màu : trắng, vàng, tím thẫm, đỏ, hồng,...Bao nhiêu là màu sắc ... Con đường làng bỗng nhiên trở thành một đường hoa rực rỡ dưới nắng mai hồng.

Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
