I have lived in Ha Noi for many years. Ha Noi is a big and busy city. There are lots of vehicles on the road all day. There are lots of cars, buses, taxis and trucks on high ways. Vietnamese people like moving by motorbike. Almost every family has a motorbike. The traffic jam is often at about 7 a.m and 5 p.m because it’s the time when people go to work or school and come back home. There are sometimes accidents on the road. Therefore, to reduce these problems, we need to obey traffic rules to reduce accidents as much as possible.

Tôi đã và đang sống ở Hà Nội nhiều năm. Hà Nội là một thành phố lớn và bận rộn. Có nhiều phương tiện trên đường mỗi ngày. Có nhiều ô tô con, xe buýt và xe tải trên đường cao tốc. Người Việt Nam thích di chuyển bằng xe máy. Hấu hết mỗi gia đình đều có một chiếc xe máy. Ùn tắc giao thông thường vào lúc 7 giờ sáng và 5 giờ chiều bởi vì đây là thời điểm mọi người đi làm hoặc đi học và trở về. Có nhiều vụ tai nạn trên đường. Today, traffic jams and traffic accidents are very big problems in our country. So what should we do to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents?
There are many following reasons of traffic jams. First, the roads are very narrow. There are too many cars and motorbikes. Second, people don't obey traffic rules. So, what are the solutions to improve traffic jams? First, they have to widen the roads. Second, ask people to obey traffic rules, such as: stop when the lights red, go when the lights green. There are lots of traffic accidents because of many reasons. First, people drive fast or carelessly. It is very easy to have accidents. Second, people don't obey the traffic rules. Third, they don't wear helmets. So, what is the solutions for this problem? First, they should drive or ride more carefully. Second, people should obey traffic rules and always wear helmets when they drive cars.
In sum, you should wear helmet, drive carefully and obey the traffic rules to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents.

Firstly, improving public transportation infrastructure and encouraging its usage can help reduce the number of private vehicles on the roads. Additionally, implementing carpooling and ridesharing programs can help decrease the overall number of cars on the road. I live in ... province and there are a lot of traffic problem here.First ,there are a lot of people using the roads expecially in rush hours when people run out to work or get home from those places .Second ,there are many vehicle but the roads are narrow and bumpy so there are a lot of traffic problems here.Last but not least ,some children play football on the roads and many animals crossing the roads have blocked traffic here .I think we should obey traffic rules anh traffic signs as well.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.
With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.
In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on
motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.
In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

2.A popular festival you know.
In Vietnam, there are many traditional as well as modern festival from foreign countries, but the festival I like best, is a very popular festival: Mid-Autumn festival.It starts every full moon in August in Vietnam.Everybody will eat mooncakes-a kind of cake indispensable in this festival.In the evening, children will go out for a lantern parade.Somebody go out for a walk or go out to buy some mooncakes from the market.Outside, the roads will be light up by the lights of the lantern parade.Looks it's very beautiful and shimmer all the time. It's so interesting!That's what I think, how about you?

3. Traffic prolems where you live, or in a town or a city you know well
The most common traffic problem in big cities in my country is traffic jam. The main cause of this traffic problem is the crease of the population in big cities. So the number of people using the roads has risen siveral times. The second reason, is that roads are narrow and bumpy. Besides, many young people their bikes dangerously. the are traffic accident everyday. I think the road users must obey the laws seriously. The government should widen and up grade the roads and fine heavily people who break the law.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.
