Bài 2 :
\(a,A=9x^2+42x+49=9+42+49=100.\)
\(b,B=25x^2-2xy+\frac{1}{25}y^2=\left(5x^2\right)-2.5x.\frac{1}{5}y+\left(\frac{1}{5}y\right)^2\)
\(=\left(5x-\frac{1}{5}y\right)^2=\left(-1+1\right)^2=0\)
\(c,C=4x^2-28x+49=4x^2-14x-14x+49\)
\(=2x\left(x-7\right)-7\left(x-7\right)=\left(2x-7\right)\left(x-7\right)\)
\(=\left(8-7\right)\left(4-7\right)=-3\)
