As we know, The Internet has many benefits and importance in the present time. It’s clear
that the Internet has become part of our daily life. Because:
Firstly,The Internet is a very fast and convinient way for us to communicate with others. Such
as, We can communicate with our friends and relatives by means of email or chatting.
Secondly, the Internet is a very fast and convinient way for us to get information. For
examples,We can get latest news of the world, check weather or book the tickets for a soccer
match or the flight, and so on.
Thirdly, The Internet is a big source of entertaiment: We can see movies, listen to music , read
newspapers . We can play games or do sight seeing, and so on.
Finally, Internet is a rich source educational materials: We can learn English, look up new
words in a dictionary, take a learning course, and so on.
On the other hand, the Internet has limistations. It is time - consuming and costly. It is also
dangerous because of virus and bad programs. On the other hand, The Internet users sometimes
have to suffer various risks such as spam or electronic junk mail, and personal information
leaking.
In conclusion, the Internet is very useful for us. However, we shouldn’t spend too much time
for it. We should balance study and surf the web.

My favourite leisure activity is reading. I like reading because it is a hobby that is useful and interesting: it's useful because you can find a lot of knowledge of all areas that you need; it's interesting because the books can give you the joy and help you relax after a day of toil, etc... Especially, when you join in the forum, you can meet a lot of people who have interests similar to yours, comment on the books or novels that interest you. I love books and also natural as reading books. When I was ten , I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first book that I have been. I read it many times. Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again. My love for books begun. I usually spend almost of free time choosing book with my friends, participate in dicussion on the forum and reading . Every weekend and all holidays when I have no work to do, I often read books and ruminate on it. I also help some friends select the genres of books that they like. I always hope that I will have my own library in my future. I love books very much and perhaps, I couldn't live without them.

I don't agree that opinion. If you just learn Math ,Literature and English ,you just good at 3 of these. You have to learn another subject to know about what happen to the world. You learn Geography to know geographical location , this subject can help you capture the place easily . You learn technology to know how to fix electricity. So you have to learn all subjects because it can help you in your life and your job in the future

The most important subject is writing. Not literature, but writing. This will be critical no matter what you do, whether you’re a nurse, an administrative assistant, or the president of the free world. And the understanding of maths must be considered the criterion for intelligence as well. Maths is life and no subject can run without maths. All the problems in the world required maths to solve it. Same way, anything requiring calculations is dependent on maths like every step even you make. Without proper calculations one may succeed accidentally in getting something but to continue getting the same results one surely has find what calculations made the success possible. Futhermore, English is an universal language, once you know how to speak, write and read English, you can talk to whoever and whenever, it especially good for your higher education like when you go to the college or university because some books are written in English. Dear Principal,
I am writing to request a change to an environmental problem that I have noticed in our school. I have observed that there is a significant amount of plastic waste that is generated daily, especially during lunch breaks, which is not being managed properly.
As we know, plastic is a major environmental issue, which takes hundreds of years to decompose. The fact that students discharge too much plastic waste not only harms the environment, adversely affects health, but also deteriorates the school landscape.
I believe that our school can take several steps to reduce plastic waste. Firstly, we could campaign to raise awareness about the negative impacts of plastic waste and encourage students to bring their own reusable water bottles instead of using plastic bottles. Secondly, we could introduce a recycling program in the school, where we classify the plastic waste and recycle it. This would reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. Finally, I would like to propose that the school takes action by providing reusable water bottles to every student and installing recycling bins in the school compound. By taking action, I believe that we can address the plastic waste problem in our school and make a positive impact on the world we live in.

There are numerous different ways to communicate in today's world, but text messages remain one of my favorite modes of communication. I spend three hours per day texting messages. In addition to its convenient and fast features, text messages help me send messages to my friends and attach images. Furthermore, it allows me to use audio recordings when I want to transmit the most important information. I think that in the future, text will still be one of the most popular means of communication.

Volunteering has become so popular over the last 20 years or so because people want to experience a different type of holiday as well as helping others. And since the borders of Nepal opened in the 1960`s it’s become one of the best countries for people who are interested in volunteering due to the poverty levels in so many areas.
The volunteer gets to give their time in projects designed to help the poorer members of the community. And in return the volunteer will learn about their hosts and the country that they live in. With the right organisation it can be such a rewarding experience with you coming away with lifelong friends and memories.
But everyone has a part to play because when you are looking for a volunteer experience you must check the quality of the organisation you are going to volunteer with because there are many that is a way of making money making for the owners. And with every person being different in their requirements for a great experience we advise you to ask as many questions you need to feel at home.
At Education & Health Nepal we actually encourage regular emails in preparation for your experience in Nepal.
