I enjoy practicipating in volunteer activities. I always service the volunteer in the summer. Last summer, my classmate and I hung out to do some volunteering. First, I taught children english and other subjects. We helped them played some games, it was funny. Then, we helped farmer collect their harvest. Some of us planted trees along the street and cleaned the village. I think last summer was very intereting because we have helped poor people. I hope this summer, I and you will do volunteer activities in the countryside.

Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life. It's a great way to help other people. It's also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help.Many of us could and should be out there doing voluntary activities of some kind. So many volunteer organizations need extra hands. It really is easy. Just pick up the phone and offer your services.I think too many of us settle into a lazy lifestyle. We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. It's sometimes sad to see how the government lets people down, but at least I'm doing my bit

My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story. I enjoy reading because I like to explore the imaginative world of my favourite author, J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading can make me relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabulary items. Then I can further improve my English. Moreover, it can give me an unlimited imagination, so I can write books in the future. I can learn the different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too. I read at least one hour every day. I read books by myself. I usually read it at home. I wish I could read different kinds of books because it might be very challenging.

Staying fit and healthy will help you feel good and protect your health. There are many things you can do to maintain a healthy weight, boost your immune system and prevent a wide range of debilitating illnesses and diseases. The decisions you make every day will impact how long you live, as well as your quality of life. A few lifestyle changes will help you get fit and healthy and stay that way for many years to come.

Exercise Regularly

Being physically active helps you burn calories so you are able to achieve a healthy weight and also keeps your body fit and strong. Regular exercise keeps your entire body working the way it should so you feel healthy. Exercise also helps protect your health by reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes and cancer. Exercise is also essential for mental health because it helps reduce symptoms of depression, raises your self-esteem and reduces stress and anxiety, according to Brian Lindsay in his book, "Stay Healthy, Be Happy, Live Longer, in Whatever Way Suits You Best."

Eat Healthy Foods

Nutritious foods will supply your body with what it needs to work properly and help keep you well. Humans must eat to live, and choosing the healthiest foods will improve your health and help you maintain your fitness level. Food should supply you with energy to be physically active and also provide the nutrients your body needs. Eat a variety of healthy foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean poultry, meat and fish, and low-fat milk and cheese and restrict your intake of fast food, sweets and soda.

Good mental health is an important part of being fit and healthy because if you are satisfied and happy you are more likely to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Taking time to interact with your loved ones can bring feelings of joy, satisfaction and contentment because you are able to receive and offer support to one another. Schedule time to go for a walk with your spouse, play with your kids or have a dinner party for your closest friends. Activities like these will encourage you to live healthier in all aspects of your life.

People of ethnic minorities in Phu Yen celebrate Hoi Mua Festival every March. It is held to thank the Rice God for the crop, and to pray for better crops in the future . Families also worship their ancestors and parents on this occasion . Villagers voluntarily contribute money and other things to celebrate the festival. In this festival monks are invited to preach . People play drms , sing songs and dance . They also drink rice wine through a long thin bamboo tube . There are some other activities such as cultural shows , buffalo races, and traditional games . The festive atmosphere is felt around all the villages

1)My school library is on the second floors. It is very large and tidy. It often opens at 7:00a.m and closes at 10:00a.m on Tuesday. It has many books such as: novels ,stories,....The books are putting on the shelf. I often go to school library once a week. I read some books,stories to relaxing. I love my school library so much.
