     Having a good health is very important for us. So, what should we do to have good health? Firstly, you should do more exercise :run, ride a bike, swim or play sports, they are all good for you. Secongly, you should eat healthy food like fruits, fish or vegetables. It can help you to avoid obesity, and it help can help you to live longer, too. Thirdly, you must always remember that you should take a rest after working, it is very important.It helps you to avoid depression and it helps you to concentrate at school, and you will be comfortable after getting plenty of rest. Don not watch too much TV because it is harmful for your eyes. Is you want to have a good health, you should follow these advices.

You can use this to refer about your topic:

Health plays an important role in a person’s life as good health supports us to live life to the fullest with what people desire to do. Therefore, they need to have a green lifestyle to stay healthy.

 

To have good health is not difficult; however, to keep the body healthy is not simple. This requires us to have a balanced lifestyle with some popular remedies as follows: healthy eating, regular exercises, and stress reduction. First of all, healthy eating is one of the key factors contributing to a vigorous body. Healthy eating means that people should keep a regular balanced diet. This substantively improves people‘s health.

 

Also, it is important to always ensure the adequate supplement of the nutrients because if the nutrients are balanced yet not sufficient, the operation of the body is not properly effective. Hence, with the sufficiency of the nutrients, the immune system is boosted to a large extent, supporting the body to function well.

 

The next significant point which affects good health is doing exercises. Regular exercises aids to reduce the risk of disease, maintaining the body to be in good condition. This is because doing exercises frequently promotes the efficient operation of the blood circulatory system and other organs in the body, extremely helpful to good health. Additionally, people need to avoid sleeping too much because excessive sleep causes fatigue and mental illness, weakening the body’s conditions. Instead of sleeping too much, it is vital for them to play outsides to motivate the body to function.

 

Stress reduction is significantly helpful to improve people’s health. Stress has a negative effect on mental health and the organs in the body, causing the body to be susceptible to disease. Therefore, people need to minimize or even relieve stress. Besides, people should experience more joy in life, making their mood happier and more comfortable. This certainly results in a healthier body.

 

In conclusion, health is extremely important and valuable to everyone; hence, it is necessary for people to maintain a balanced lifestyle to keep good health.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.

I am 12 years old and I'll tell you about my health. I highly 1m57. My weight is 44kg. I think I do not have good health because I do not exercise regularly and eat a little fruit. To keep in shape and stay healthy I need to eat healthy foods, eat less junk food and to exercise every day. I will also play sports such as basketball, badminton, .... to have a nice body.

Harry Potter is one of my favourite movies. I have loved it since it was held in the theatre years ago. Based on the best seller fiction written by JK.Rowling, the movie makes it real. This movie was about Harry Potter, he is a wizard born in the dark days of the wizardry world. His parents died in the hand of Voldemort, the dark lord. During his journey, he experienced a lot: happiness, sadness, live and death moments, etc. At last, he finally beat Voldermort and became a great auror like his parents. This movie taught me many things. The most important thing for me is that love and friendship will always be there for those who deserve it and fight for it. I’d recommend this movie for everyone.

Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.
