Hi, I am Kim. Today, I am going to talk to you about how to stay healthy.
Many people think that health is gold and I completely agree with the opinion. 
So, I always try to keep myself fit and strong. 
The most important thing that you should do is doing exercises. 
Exercises help us get lean and become more active. 
But excercise is not enough. You also need a balanced diet. 
You should avoid junk-food, for example: snack, fast-food, too much fat,...
This kind of food is not good for our health, because it has too much fat and is not very fresh. 
And last but not least, we had better drink enough water and be optimistic.
I think if we are happy, we are unlikely to get stressed. 
In short, to have good heath, we should lead a happy life, exercise and eat healthily.

Ai cũng từng nói: Sức khỏe quý hơn vàng. Đúng rồi. Nếu bạn không có sức khỏe thì tiền bạc của bạn chẳng là gì cả. Và làm thế nào để có một cuộc sống lành mạnh? Đầu tiên, bạn nên ăn nhiều trái cây và rau xanh hơn vì chúng cung cấp vitamin, tốt cho mắt và chúng cũng cung cấp chất xơ, rất tốt cho hệ tiêu hóa của bạn.
