Đại dịch COVID-19 là một đại dịch bệnh truyền nhiễm với tác nhân là virus SARS-coV-2,hiện đang ảnh hưởng và gây thiệt hại trên phạm vi toàn cầu.Dịch bệnh này bắt đầu xuất hiện từ tháng 12 năm 2019, với tâm dịch đầu tiên đc ghi nhận là thành phố Vũ Hán thuộc tỉnh Hồ Bắc ở miền Trung Trung Quốc ,bắt nguồn từ một nhóm người bị mắc bệnh viêm phổi ko rõ nguyên nhân , giới chức y tế địa phương xác nhận trước đó nhóm ng này đã có tiếp xúc, chủ yếu là với những người thương nhân buôn bán và làm vc tại chợ bán buôn hải sản Hoa Nam, nơi bày bán và giết mổ nhiều loài động vật hoang dã và đc cho là địa điểm bùng phát dịch bệnh đầu tiên, tuy nhiên , kết luận này hiện vẫn đang còn gây nhiều tranh cãi .Các nhà khoa học Trung Quốc trc đó đã tiến hành nghiên cứu và phân lập đc một chủng loại coronavirus mới, đc tổ chữ y tế thế giới lúc đó tạm thời gọi là 2019-nCoV, có trình tự gen giống ít nhất 79,5% với SARS-CoV trc đây .Sự lây nhiễm từ ng sang ng đã đc xác nhận cùng với tỷ lệ bùng phát dịch tăng nhanh vào giữa tháng 1 nắm 2020

Cùng với tốc độ lây lan nhanh chóng của dịch Covid-19, tình trạng thông tin thất thiệt xung quanh dịch bệnh này cũng được lan truyền một cách rộng rãi trên mạng xã hội. Hành vi trên góp phần làm gia tăng tâm lý sợ hãi, hoang mang cho người dân, tiềm ẩn nguy cơ gây mất ổn định an ninh chính trị, trật tự xã hội. Từ những thần dược cho đến những thuyết âm mưu, các tin giả về virus vùng dịch bệnh là một phương tiện để kiếm tiền, hoặc gây hoang mang dư luận. Trên mạng xã hội các dòng tin tức thật giả lẫn lộn về sự nguy hiểm của virus Corona hay số người chết về dịch bệnh khiến cộng đồng thêm phần hoang mang, sợ hãi. Lại có người vì lo lắng quá đà mà nảy sinh tâm lý, lương thực, thực phẩm sẽ nhanh chóng cạn kiệt nên phải mua để tích trữ sẵn. Có người lợi dụng sự nhẹ dạ của nhiều người đã đưa tin giả, nhằm câu like, view để họ bán được mặt hàng nào đó. Họ chọn cách tung ra những thông tin sai, chưa kiểm chứng để gây hoang mang trong xã hội. Vì thế các đơn vị có liên quan phải có chế tài xử phạt các trường hợp tung tin giả và tạo ra tin giả. Rõ ràng, trong bối cảnh dịch bệnh diễn biến phức tạp, cùng với sự vào cuộc quyết liệt của các ngành chức năng để bảo vệ sức khỏe người dân, chúng ta cần có sự chung sức, đồng lòng của toàn xã hội, thực hiện tốt các chỉ đạo, khuyến cáo trong công tác phòng, chống dịch bệnh.

Lịch sử loài người đã ghi nhận không ít những đại dịch trên toàn cầu cướp đi mạng sống của hàng triệu người như Sars, Ebola,... và gần đây nhất cuối năm 2019 đầu năm 2020 đã xuất hiện đại dịch Covid-19 do chủng mới vi rút Corona gây ra. Đây là loại vi rút gây ra bệnh viêm phổi cấp ở người, loại bệnh này tuy có những biểu hiện cụ thể như sốt, ho khan, khó thở, tuy nhiên người nhiễm bệnh có khả năng lây nhiễm cho người khác ngay khi chưa có bất cứ biểu hiện gì, đây là điều đáng lo ngại nhất trong việc kiểm soát dịch bệnh. Chính vì vậy để bảo vệ bản thân và bảo vệ mọi người không bị nhiễm Covid-19 chúng ta nên chủ động đeo khẩu trang y tế có khả năng kháng khuẩn, ngăn các hạt bụi nhỏ, thường xuyên rửa tay bằng dung dịch sát khuẩn hoặc xà phòng và rửa ít nhất 30 giây. Bên cạnh đó nên hạn chế đến những nơi đông người, hạn chế tiếp xúc với những người đi từ vùng dịch về, chỉ theo dõi và chia sẻ những thông tin chính thống, xác thực. Cần phải lên án những cá nhân thiếu ý thức, khai báo gian dối, loan tin bịa đặt gây hoang mang dư luận, họ là những kẻ ích kỷ, không nghĩ đến sức khỏe của cộng đồng. Đất nước ta phải đoàn kết, đồng lòng, cùng chung sức ngăn chặn và đẩy lùi dịch bệnh Covid-19, quyết tâm chiến thắng đại dịch.
