Today I will show you how to cook omelette. To make it we need:
- two eggs
-a pinch of salt
- two teaspoons of cold water
-a half teaspoon of peper
- two teaspoons of oil
First, beat eggs together with salt, peper , and cold water. Then heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan. Next pour the egg mixture in to the pan. After that fold the omelette in half. Finally put the omelette in plate , serve it with some vegetables and taste it. It will relly delicious.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

There are numerous different ways to communicate in today's world, but text messages remain one of my favorite modes of communication. I spend three hours per day texting messages. Hello,my name is Van.Today I want to tell you about a famous dish in Vietnam. That is pho. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring. Good bye.
