During childhood, I used to feed different kind of pet such as: hamster, dog, rabbit; however, I still my cat the most. Her name is Katy. Her hair consists of three colors white, black and blonde. She has tiny ear, small nose and blue bright eyes, which can glow in the dark. Her hobbies is playing with colors wool rolls and catching mouse. Katy don’t really cat food, she enjoy fish bone, rice and tiny shrimp. Although she eats less, she seems to be energe all day long. Katy and I have great time being together. She is my best friend as she knows how is my inside feeling and sharing my sadness as well as happiness. Whenever I am not in good mood or in trouble, I hug her and feel a cosy breath that sweep all the disappointment. Every evening, I take her for a walk in a local park so that we can enjoy fresh air and she makes more friends with other cats. Cat is an easy-to-feed pet as it is small, obedient. In spite of laziness, it helps us relaxing, protecting house from some insects. Cat is not new to people but its feather is used to make out many cat fur coat and other items of fashion. It is highly recommend that government create a strict law banning on cat thief. Finally, cat is a cute animal; therefore, it needs to be protected and preserved from being eaten and illegally killed.

Mèo không còn xa lạ với con người nhưng lông của chúng bị dung làm những chiếc áo lông và nhiều phụ kiện thời trang khác. Chính phủ nên ban hành những luật nghiêm khắc lên kẻ trộm mèo. Cuối cùng, mèo là loai đọng vật dễ thương nên nó cần được bảo vệ và gìn giữ khỏi bị bắt và giết trái pháp luật.

Tối nay, làm bài tập xong, em ra sân hóng mát và thưởng thức vẻ đẹp thiên nhiên-đêm trăng quê hương. Mặt trăng tròn vành vạnh, màu vàng cam tươi mát như chiếc đĩa vàng lơ lửng mà ko rơi. Thỉnh thoảng, những đám mây trắng mỏng lướt qua tấm gương trăng làm chị Hằng thêm kiêu sa và diễm lệ. Ánh trăng trong tràn ngập khắp cành cây kẽ lá, tràn ngập con đường trắng xóa. Gió mát hiu hiu thổi, cây cối đung đưa. Em yêuđêm trăng đẹp. Em yêu quê hương mình biết bao!

Đêm, sau mấy tháng miệt mài bên sách vở tôi tự tưởng cho mình một chuyến về quê, tìm về với vầng trăng quê hương đã làm say lòng biết bao thế hệ. Như chẳng nhận ra sự náo nức non trẻ trong tâm hồn tôi, vầng trăng cứ chậm chạp nhích từng chút, từng chút, trèo qua những ngọn núi, trèo lên cả ngọn tre cao tít tắp, để khi nàng gió vô tình lướt qua làm đung đưa ngọn tre già tôi có cảm giác như ngọn tre kia đang cố với tay níu lấy vầng trăng tròn. Tôi khẽ thích thú với phát hiện của mình rồi nhìn thật lâu vào thứ ánh sáng dìu dịu ấy, tôi đang cố tìm cây đa, chú cuội, chị hằng như ngày còn bé, cố cảm nhận cái ôm ấm áp của thiên nhiên, đất mẹ. Trên cao kia, vầng trăng vẫn cần mẫn như chiếc đèn hải đăng mang ánh sáng của mình gọi nhắc những tâm hồn xa xứ.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.
Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.

The hometown is a kite, childhood drop in the field, home is a small boat, quietly lashed riverside. Yes, the land is beautiful and immense. My childhood is associated with the rice field home. Remember the days flood, I with my grandmother back to the rice crop. The paddies come up to the knees. If rainy day, my grandmother went out alone, I was at home studying. When the Earth can't support all people in the world we say the world is overpopulated.
Overpopulation is one of the global issue and all the country in the world have to find out good solutions to it .
First of all , it causes the lack of food , drink , clothes , accommodation to people . Next , it causes the shortage of other services such as healthcare , education , job and so on . Those problem should be tackled as oon as possible .
Some solutions to the problem may be setting limit on the number of children in each family : one or two kids are reasonable . Moreover , people in the countryside work in their own homevillage to make it richer and richer instead of moving to the city to work and live
To sum up by doing these above things ,people will have better and better life .

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

My class plans to go to the beach to play this summer. I’m the class representative so I’ll be the one to plan this outing. We plan to go two days a night. The first day we will rent a car to go to Ha Long Bay. We will go in the morning. I choose a mid-range hotel for the right price. On the first day we will experience the games here. In order to have a panoramic view of this place, we will take the cable car. When it gets dark we go to the beach and prepare for the evening barbecue. It would be great to roast meat with friends on the sand and watch the starry sky. We will eat barbecue together and sing songs. Then we will return to the hotel together to sleep and prepare for the second day. The second day we will get up early to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. Then we will visit the seafood markets to choose to buy seafood for ourselves and as gifts for relatives. After everyone has bought the necessary items, we will go take pictures and prepare the items to return home. I hope this trip will leave many memorable memories for me and my friends.
