Hello eveyone,
I'd like to tell you about my favourite food. It's beef noodle. It's made if rice, beef, and many kinds of herbs. I usually eat beef noodle in the morning. My favourite restaurant is Cuong Noodle. It's a small restaurant located on Tran Hung Dao street in Ho Chi Minh city. Whenever i eat beef noodle, it always makes me have a special taste. Hanoi capital is famous for beef noodle. What's more, it's also well-known for a lot of delicious foods. For example Omai, frilled rice...
At home, my mother makes beeff noodle very well. She often makes it when my family get toghether. We enjoy the happy time when we have beef noodle at home.
I often have flu. When I have flu, I often feel very tired and miserable. However, I have some ideas to avoid the illness. Firstly, it very good if you eat more vegetables and fruits. It problems many vitamins such as vitamin A, B, C, etc. Secondly, don't drink too much cold water because it is very bad for our health, especially our throats. Finally, it is very important to keep us warm in the winter. It will help us avoid getting flu. My mother often takes care of me when I have cold or flu. She always reminds me that : " You should take the medicines as the doctor gave ". In the future, I hope I will avoid the disease because of the things I do above.
Pho is one of the Vietnam traditional food. It first appeared in Vietnam a long time ago. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef stock, meat such as beef or chicken, and some kind of herbs. First, the beef stock is boiled to make broth. In the boiled, they often add sliced ginger and roasted onions to get that 'pho' smell. Then, rice noodles and beef or chicken are quickly boiled, then put into a bowl with some herbs. Finally, hot broth is poured into the bowl, making a lovely bowl of pho. When we eat Pho, we use chopsks and a spoon. Before we eat the noodles, we should take a sip of hot broth. Then, we can smell the taste of roast ginger and onions. and we can make sure it isn't too hot. In Hanoi, Pho is not expensive. For only 25,000 VND, we can eat a deliciuos bowl of Pho. People sell it from early morning until late at night. So, we can eat Pho at anytime we want to. In Hanoi, Pho is very important because it has a unforgettable taste, so people who come to visit Hanoi need to try it .

It goes without saying that there are numerous factors health problems. In recent years, changing in people's eating habits has noticeable effects on people's health problems, so this factor should be taken into account as one of the underlying reasons. Undoubtedly, people prefer to eat fast food rather than home-made foods, which are healthier for human's body. Furthermore, an immense amount of saturated fat can be found in just a small portion of junk food, which can cause grave health problems in the future for people. Another important factor which causes health problems is to prefer sedentary rather than active works. Lack of mobility and inactivity are the legitimate reasons for various health problems. In recent years, most people spend a great deal of their time not only in front of computer's screen, but also in front of TV to watch different kinds of programs. As a result, obesity is becoming one of the primary phenomenons in 21st century.

- Quy Nhon is a small city in the Central Coast Vietnam. It belongs to Binh Dinh province that is known as martial arts land of Vietnam. This is not a tourism destination so it's peaceful, quiet, friendly people, cheap price. Like another Coast cities, it has very fresh sea food. Now, some places are developing to attract tourists but if you want to find somewhere not crowded, this is.
You can go to the top of Vung Chua mountain by motorbike (from Ghenh Rang, near the Queen beach). It takes about 15 minutes. This is the best place to see all of the beautiful city, graceful sea with natural beauty of Thi Nai lagoon, Phuong Mai peninsula and Thi Nai bridge - the longest cross-sea bridge of Vietnam.

I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

Van Mieu (The Temple of Literature) was constructed in 1070 during Ly Thanh Tong's dynasty. Its original purpose was to honor Confucius. In 1076, the first university of Vietnam called Quoc Tu Giam (The Imperial Academy), was established within this temple by Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. That's the reason why the complex has the name of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam up to now. Initially, Quoc Tu Giam was the school for princes and children of royal families and then expanded in the following year to admit top students from around the country.
Nowadays, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is one of the most famous tourist destinations for both Vietnamese people and foreigners. It's also a place to celebrate doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. One special thing about this place is that there are 82 Doctors' stone tablets. They are tombstones with names and origins of 1304 doctors placed on the backs of stone tortoises. If you come here at the beginning of the year or in May, when many important examinations take place, you will catch sights of numerous families and students who come and pray for luck.
Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam opens daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance fee for each adult is 30,000 VND.
When you are feeling unwell, you need to see a doctor. Unfortunately, doctors are busy people so you have to make an appointment. This involves calling (or visiting) the doctor's clinic and making an appointment with the receptionist. When you make an appointment you arrange a date and a time when you can see the doctor.
'I have a cough.' (PRESENT SIMPLE)
Both of these are used to describe our health problems. The present perfect continuous is used to show that something started in the past and is still happening now. We use 'I have been + -ing verb.' Other examples of this form include:
'I have been sneezing.'
'My head has been hurting.'
'I have been having headaches.'
'I have been feeling tired.'
'I haven't been sleeping well.'
The present simple is used to focus on a situation at the present. It is more common to use the present simple than the present continuous when we see a doctor: 'My head hurts' is more common than 'My head is hurting'.

If you don't have a mental health disorder, you may be wondering how mental health is relevant to you. Sure, you're sad sometimes, but you don't have clinical depression. Yeah, you get anxious before you take an exam, but you don't have panic disorder. So why do you need to care about mental health in any way shape or form.
This is why: because your brother has depression. Your best friend has PTSD. Your neighbor had a baby and now is coping with post partum depression. Your co-worker is bipolar. Your professor struggles with clinical depression. There are people all around us that are coping with some sort of mental illness. Yet, we (as a society) choose to silence them.
It's time for us (as a community) to stop putting our hands over our ears and start listening. You will find that someone you know has mental illness, and their story needs to be heard.
It's time to stop treating mental health disorders as if they are something to be ashamed of and time to start thinking about them as legitimate health concerns. You wouldn't telling a diabetic to stop whining about taking their insulin. The same goes for the person coping with a manic episode.
Speaking openly about mental health is important for the world.
There are people who are self-medicating mental health disorders every day by abusing drugs and alcohol. One of the reasons for this is that they are shunned by society.
If they could speak their truth...
If their voices were heard...
If we just listened...
We could change the dialogue surrounding depression, anxiety and PTSD. The first thing we need to do is listen.
You can read some of the stories of people living with mental health issues on a community I created called Stigma Fighters(link is external). If you are living with mental illness in silence, I encourage you to submit your story to this community. We want to hear your voice. You are not alone.
