Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world
My favourite restaurant is Tin Tin, which is in Tu Moi, Quynh Phu, Thai Binh. It was the first restaurant that I went to. That day, I went with my family. It brought memories that I can hardly forget. We ate hot pot, which is very popular in restaurants. My favorite food that day was beans, which is also my favorite food. It's really great. We sat down to eat on the balcony, where there was a landscape of a vast lotus lake. The waiter was very kind, we went home satisfied. I will miss this restaurant and the trip that day.

Hi everyone , i will establish for you my favourite music is Kpop. It's about Korean song with many different kind eg : Jazz or hip hop and ballad ...But I like ballad because it's very interesting and exciting . My favourite singer is IU but group is BTS . I often listen that when i have a freetime or when i take a rest .

My favourite food is salad . It's so easy to do that . First, you need an apple , 2 potatos a carrot and a box of beans. That's ingredients . I. My favourite drink is orange juice. I usually have it in the morning. My mom made it for me so that I'm very like this. I often drink this juice after dinner. I like drinking it very much because it's not only good for my health but also protect my skin. I think I will keep this hobby in the future.
II. In my free time, I usually read books and play badminton with my friends. I spend 1 hour per day reading books but I 'm only play badminton twice a week. I think these hobbies are very good activities ; it's help me to learn something news and make me be healthy.
III. There are 4 seasons in VN: spring, summer,autumn and winter. I like summer best because I can stay at home without studying.
