A community is an entity composed of many individuals who share the same common interests and work together to form a large group, with the same goal. On fandom, the goal is to build a wiki on the favorite subject they share, whether it's movies such as Wiki Harry Potter, the big world view like Wiki Disney or a video game. like Wiki Final Fantasy, to beverages like Wiki Cocktails. Communities work together to build information, solve problems and create an open and active atmosphere for people to share their passion on the wiki.
The community makes the decision
The community should discuss issues and make decisions together rather than just by a group of administrators or administrators.
Communities should keep their minds open that the collective has the power to decide on a wiki. Administrators are only those who have the duty and responsibility to guide and support the community but not the 'rulers'. That is the ideal pattern. Maybe this is not appropriate in situations where you only have a very small group of members but that should be the goal you should aim for. That means that administrators do not work under their own rules and do not make unilateral decisions but rather that they use their tools to do the will of the community.
Similar to democracy when the community chooses to vote rather than just one or a group of individuals, it establishes the important relationship between the administrators and the community in which the community is where to make the final decision. Administrators have additional tools that ordinary members do not have, but that does not mean that administrators are classified as 'special'.
Community building
Building a community is not easy but the cost to get is worth it. We've talked about how the community works together and makes decisions, but there's more to it. Working towards the goals of the team, you always need to be ready to compromise. Whether it's a wiki for a TV show or a video game with a huge fan base, or just about personal interests, there are always people who have very strong, Diversity. That is great and completely normal. Various ideas and perspectives are common and communicate with each other to create even more wonderful ideas that express the multidimension in different perspectives rather than just a single point of view. But things start to deteriorate when you are not willing to compromise, only to argue and shout at each other.
This leads to another important point, which you want to avoid when building a community: drama. Drama can be all kinds of social relations issues such as personal disputes, names, debates or anything involving conflicts between members. This can happen and sometimes inevitable, but that does not mean you should be passive to such things. The best way to clearly navigate dramatic events is to focus on content development and towards the goal of the community. Who says what, who thinks what, who assigns the characters, who likes movies more than anyone and any other types of debate can cause conflicts, all should be avoided if people Concerned about not respecting the opinions of others. You do not have to say that conversations can never happen, but make sure your primary focus is building content by editing articles on the topic that is the best way to avoid things. case drama
Finally, the advice given to the Fandom community is to be sociable, to respect the opinions of others, and especially to keep good faith. What does that mean? For simplicity, let's assume that everyone in the community is working together towards the common good. Most people are here to support, not to cause trouble. Many will make mistakes, especially when they are new, so do not treat potential members as if they are troublemakers.
Do not build walls, but build bridges that connect new members in a fandom filled with them.
And that leads to the last thing: Be open and welcome new contributors. People come and go, and dedicated members can create so many things. Without a new member, the wiki can not exist. Remember to give them enough time to know how the wiki works, and always welcome, help and respect them.
If you keep these things in your mind, you will create a great community working together towards a common goal.
Attracting contributions
The goal is to have a strong community
, you must make sure that your wiki is found by many. You will want to identify where you can attract potential members and tell them about your project there. The founder and the first members will have a lot of responsibilities and burdens, but that's just the beginning. As more newcomers begin to participate in the community, more and more people will help spread the word and make the wiki grow.
Before you start promoting your wiki, make sure that there is something to promote. A newly created wiki will never be enough. You need to start creating the content of the wiki, and it is equally important to create a basic structure, tutorial help pages, and information exchange forums that are created in tandem with the content editor. as much as possible. The better the quality and quantity of your content, the better your wiki will be on the search engines.
Once that's all done, the way to promote your wiki is limitless. Keep in mind that there is not always a single best option for developing a wiki, so you should choose whatever way you feel suits your wiki's content theme and development path. the community you target. And here are some ways you can promote your wiki:
Design the theme of the wiki in an impressive way so that readers are also potential members feel overwhelmed and attractive by the site they just arrived.
Design the main page of the phone interface with images and description to ensure that content is displayed during search engine execution at the Fandom network. Go back to the point after you start adding content to make sure that phone users can find important content pages easily.
Talk about your wiki on web pages, forums, fan pages with the same content theme, and communicate to them that your wiki will be the gathering place and collaboration of all your fans about that content theme. .

You can help improve the health of your local economy in many different ways, from changing your shopping habits to starting a business of your own. Consider these different ways to help:[1]
- Buy your food from local vendors. Try to get most of your produce from the farmer's market, where members of your community go to sell food they've worked hard to grow.
- Shop at local businesses whenever you can. For example, if you have the choice to buy a new pair of jeans at a chain discount store or a small business owned by a member of your community, choose the latter. Change your mindset from buying the cheapest available product to leveraging your purchases to provide the most community good. Knowing that your money will go toward boosting your local economy and building a strong, vibrant community is worth the extra effort and expense. 2.I agree with idea advanced technology will help students greatly in studying by themselves at home. Firstly, studying at home will help us save so much money. We don’t have to buy so many books and school supplies. It will help us save time and energy too because we don’t have to spend much time on travelling to school. Secondly, you can see there is a lot of traffic on the way especially in rush hours. There are always accidents on the road. Studying at home will help us avoid dangers on the way to school and make traffic less heavy. In addition, we can search for information easily and quickly with a tablet. It’s very convenient. It helps us to save time and we can finish our projects quicker and make them more informative. In conclusion, I think advanced technology really helps us in studying and it brings us more joy in learning new knowledge.

I would try to make the gas prices less than what they are now because some of the adult that have children need to get to work everyday. Also i would invest to make more schools, playgrounds, daycares, and alot of other stuff too. The one thing i would do is meat with other countrys that is having a hard time with their life and i would try to help them in any way i can.
There are plenty of opportunities out there if you look out for them. If you’re considering ways to get involved in the community as a volunteer, but have little time to spare, look out for flexible roles that can fit around your needs.
You could try being a:
• Mentor to a young person
• School governor
• Befriender to a lonely older person
• Hospital visitor
• Conservation volunteer
• Community project worker
• Charity shop assistant

2. Support local businessesSupport your local businesses by buying locally. Think before you buy. Instead of buying from supermarket chains, back local farmers and purchase local produce instead. You could also attend local events and festivals.
3. Local tidy upsSmall things like litter picking and gardening can help to make your local area a nicer place to live. Look out for Big Tidy Up events where members of the community all club together to spruce up their corner of the world.
4. Help your neighboursOffering your neighbours some support is a great way of getting to know them and if you look out for others, they’ll probably return the favour too. It could be something as simple as doing the shopping for an older person or collecting the post when next door are away.
5. Raise moneyIf you’ve got small change to hand, you could give this to charity collectors on the street or the homeless. If you’re a OneFamily customer who is involved in a local community project, take a look at the Foundation.
6. Donate Donate old items of clothing to local homeless shelters, food to animal shelters and any household items to local charity shops. It all helps.
