Most of the common people never realize the importance of being healthy and fit. They generally underestimate the importance of good health as they never know the advantages of it. We all know that health is wealth but only few people follow it in their life. Being healthy and fit, helps us in carrying out our daily tasks. Being healthy is not only a body free of diseases, but it also means to have a tensionless mind. If a person has unhealthy mind, he cannot has an unhealthy body. Good health of both, body and mind helps us to get success in life and enjoy it in full extent. Good mental health makes us feel like a wellbeing and healthy body gives us physical strength and confidence. Good physical health helps us in our trouble times whereas poor physical becomes more weak and prone to diseases.
We need to be aware about all the points of how to keep us healthy both physically and mentally. Some people know well about how to keep their body neat, clean and healthy however they carry some tensions in their mind, so they always lack of being fit. Mental tension gradually deteriorates the good condition of body and makes it weak. People, who are serious about their health and fitness, do exercises on daily basis and eat healthy food in timely manner. They are much conscious about their health and avoid being lazy, eating unhealthy food and sedentary life.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.

Nowadays , keeping healthy very important . With the high living standard , our health is worse . So that , we have to have a way to improve our health . With me , to keep healthy , the first thing is doing exerise , it helps me more comfortable , help me stay in shape and make my body more thin . Not only doing exercise , we also have to eat full , we should eat more fruit, fish and eat less meat . Because if we eat too much meat , we will be fat and won't be good for our health .

Actually, I have never seen anyone who dislike listening to music. I’m a big fan of music. Some people said that music becomes a huge distraction when they need to stay highly focused. It’s not the case for me, I usually listen to instrumental songs or podcast when I need to focus on doing something.
I’m not completely into any type of music specifically, I listen to the music that fit my mood. If I’m happy, I will listen to pop or hip hop. When I work out, I will blast EDM or songs with fast tempo. And if I’m sad, I will just listen on repeat to jazz.
I pretty much listen to music all the time except for when I’m taking shower, eating or sleeping. To put it simply, music keeps me energetic throughout the day.Not really, the older I get the more types of music I listen to. When I was younger, most of the songs on my mp3 player is Kpop songs. However, when I grow up and got the chance to study abroad and got exposed to many cultures, I listen to more types of music.
When I was studying in Europe, I attended a lot of concerts because most of my favorite artists hold concert in Amsterdam. However, when I came back to Vietnam, there isn’t any concert so usually I settle for an acoustic performance from cover artists in Vietnam which are still very amazing actually.
Yes, as the matter of fact, I played piano for my school choir when I was in elementary. In addition, I also learned how to play guitar when in High school. I quitted both of the instruments because I don’t have time now.
Music is one of the compulsory subjects for primary and secondary students in my country. However, mainly singing is focused. We can also add some movements to make the songs more lively. Only those who are selected for the big performances are allowed to use musical instruments.

Firstly, we should use electricity more efficiently. Secondly, we had better reduce our electricity bills. Besides, it’s necessary to turn off the lights when leaving a room or before going to bed to save energy. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.
Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more so it is one of the most important things of our life. We need to save energy because nobody of us can lives without energy. So why don't we start to do it right in our home? We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking. Use a microwave instead of a stove to reheat food. Use rechargeable batteries instead of disposable batteries... Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely. In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.
