By reading, he get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what he is reading for long periods of time. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. he think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.

Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of  school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities  such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

I would to have a wonderful living place. The weather is nice and cool. The living space is open with the windows. There are also many trees in my area so that I could enjoy the fresh air.

The house I am living in is situated in the suburb of Hanoi city, within thirtyminutes drive off the city center. We have lived there for more than twenty years. This isa fairly large house surrounded with a beautiful garden.My house consists of four bed-rooms, a living-room, a bathroom with a shower, adinning-room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is air-conditioned and well-furnished. The living-room is decorated beautifully. Paintings by famous artists are hung on the walls. Atnight,the color neon lights increase the beauty and coziness of the room. There, on Sundaysand holidays my father usually spends his time playing chess or drinking tea with hisfriends. My mother and my younger sisters are kind and hard-working women. Theyoften keep the house clean and tidy.On hot days of summer, we usually take meals in the garden, under a big tree. It is fairly cool and quiet here. We enjoy our meals in the melodious twitters of birds. Onstormy and rainy nights, all family membersgather in the living-room, watching television or telling each other about their daily activities.I love my house very much because it is the place where I was born and havegrown up in the education of my father and in the tender loving care of my mother. I havespent my whole childhood in the love and affection of my dear ones with so many sweet memories.

I think every person has his or her own hobby, and I consider the best activity to do in my spare time is listening to music. Music is a miracle, it can help to release the negative things in my spirit, and it can also make me forget the fatigue in life for a moment. In music, there are so many different emotions, and each of us can find the right tone for each mood. Relaxing moments can go along with the tone of ballad or country songs; happy moments can go with pop songs, and energe moments can contain rock songs. Singer is also associated with the emotions in music. When I a certain singer, I often hear every song which is sung by that person. Sometimes I do not understand the lyrics, but it is the melody that can connect the souls of music lovers. By music, I am able to make friends with many people all over the world, and we understand each other through the songs and melodies that we share. I am so thankful that someone decided to invent music, and listening to music is always the best thing to do in my free time.

my hobby is listening to music . I started this hobby 2 years ago . It's very easy . I share this hobby with my best friend , Trang . I this hobby because it helps us dispel fatigue . we often listen to music during our free time and why the study period is stressful .The song I l ike the most is: Boy with luv of BTS . I will continue this hobby in the future .

 I want to raise funds for street children. I want to do it because we will be able to provide them with food and books. They will no longer be hunrgy. They will be able to read. I will ask my friends to help me. We will make postcards and sell them.

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them

Health plays an important role in a person’s life as good health supports us to live life to the fullest with what people desire to do. Therefore, they need to have a green lifestyle to stay healthy.

To have good health is not difficult; however, to keep the body healthy is not simple. This requires us to have a balanced lifestyle with some popular remedies as follows: healthy eating, regular exercises, and stress reduction. First of all, healthy eating is one of the key factors contributing to a vigorous body. Healthy eating means that people should keep a regular balanced diet. This substantively improves people‘s health. Also, it is important to always ensure the adequate supplement of the nutrients because if the nutrients are balanced yet not sufficient, the operation of the body is not properly effective. Hence, with the sufficiency of the nutrients, the immune system is boosted to a large extent, supporting the body to function well.

The next significant point which affects good health is doing exercises. Regular exercises aids to reduce the risk of disease, maintaining the body to be in good condition. This is because doing exercises frequently promotes the efficient operation of the blood circulatory system and other organs in the body, extremely helpful to good health. Additionally, people need to avoid sleeping too much because excessive sleep causes fatigue and mental illness, weakening the body’s conditions. Instead of sleeping too much, it is vital for them to play outsides to motivate the body to function.

Stress reduction is significantly helpful to improve people’s health. Stress has a negative effect on mental health and the organs in the body, causing the body to be susceptible to disease. Therefore, people need to minimize or even relieve stress. Besides, people should experience more joy in life, making their mood happier and more comfortable. This certainly results in a healthier body.

In conclusion, health is extremely important and valuable to everyone; hence, it is necessary for people to maintain a balanced lifestyle to keep good health.

Do đó, cung cấp đầy đủ các chất dinh dưỡng giúp hệ thống miễn dịch được tăng cường, hỗ trợ cơ thể hoạt động tốt.

Yếu tố quan trọng tiếp theo ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe tốt là tập thể dục. Tập thể dục thường xuyên giúp giảm nguy cơ mắc bệnh, giúp duy trì cơ thể ở trạng thái tốt. Ngoài ra, mọi người cần tránh ngủ quá nhiều vì ngủ quá nhiều gây ra mệt mỏi và bệnh về tinh thần, làm suy yếu cơ thể. Thay vì ngủ quá nhiều, mọi người cần hoạt động ngoài trời để thúc đẩy cơ thể hoạt động.

Giảm căng thẳng cũng là điều rất hữu ích để cải thiện sức khỏe của mọi người. Căng thẳng có tác động tiêu cực đến sức khỏe về tinh thần và các cơ quan trong cơ thể, khiến cơ thể dễ bị bệnh. Do đó, mọi người cần giảm thiểu hoặc thậm chí là loại bỏ căng thẳng hoàn toàn. Bên cạnh đó, mọi người nên trải nghiệm nhiều niềm vui trong cuộc sống, giúp tâm trạng vui vẻ và thoải mái hơn. Điều này chắc chắn sẽ giúp chúng ta có một cơ thể khỏe mạnh.

A healthy lifestyle plays an important role in our daily lives. Actually, a healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stable relationships.Firstly, you should eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Remember not to skip breakfast because it can help you get through the day. You should also drink a lot of water because it helps your body filter blood well and keep your skin healthy. You should also learn to love fruits and vegetables. Those food groups contain necessary vitamins. They are good for your digestion.Secondly, spend at least thirty minutes a day on physical activities. Regular exercise not only improves your health but also prevents some diseases. Besides, it can make you look younger and slimmer. It also helps you reduce stress. Try to exercise every day and never skip exercising for two days in a row.Thirdly, you should maintain good relationships with people around you: your friends, parents, or neighbors. Thanks to the relationships you hold, you won’t feel lonely or stressed.In conclusion, keeping fit and staying healthy is an everyday task, starting from the moment we get up to the time we go to bed. Eating sensibly, exercising, and having good relationships will offer you a high-quality life.

I have many interesing hobbies such as watching movies, listening to music, collecting coin, hanging out with friends or learning new languages. But the biggest hobby is reading books. To me, nothing is better than read a fansta book and sip a cup of hot coffee in a beautiful Sunday morning. I’ve been taking a lot of advantages from reading books. It helps me to improve my knowledge about the wonderful world. Reading books opens my tiny mind, changes my thinking way and my personal preconception. Especially I feel more grown up now. One of the best things is that I have an opportunity to talk to the famoust scholars and writers through the books which they wrote no matter they’re still alive or not. From those “conversation”, I realize that their experiences and their directions will be never enough for me. So I must read more and more books to self-develop. I read books not only in Sunday morning but seven days of a week. I wake up very early in the morning and read book for 30 minutes before going to work or study. During a day, I also spend time to enjoy other different hobbies. I’m very glad to think about the things that I can do to make my life more meaningful.

Tôi không chỉ đọc sách vào mỗi sáng chủ nhật mà tôi cả bảy ngày trong tuần. Tôi dậy sớm và đọc sách ba mươi phút trước khi làm hay đi học. Thời gian trong ngày tôi dùng để tận hưởng những sở thích khác nhau. Tôi rất vui khi nghĩ về những điều mà tôi có thể làm để cho cuộc sống thêm ý nghĩa.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.
