1.Everyone has their own study habits which are suitable to their routines. Personally, I have to go to school in the morning on weekdays, therefore, I spend the afternoon doing the homework. At night, after eating dinner, I often relax for a while by surfing Facebook or Youtube, and then come back to my desk. If the homework is completed, I normally practice some extra English exercises. My mother has bought several English learning books for me. On Monday and Tuesday, I have an extra course in Mathematics, so I’m a little bit busy those days. In addition, being interested in editing videos, I usually spend my free time watching videos on Youtube about this topic and practicing it myself.
2.My clothing style is pretty simple. I like comfort so I opt for a t-shirt and jeans. This is also my favorite outfit. I have quite a few t-shirts. My favorite colors are black and white because it’s pretty basic and easy to match. When I’m at home, I mostly just wear T-shirts. However, when I go to school I will dress more politely. I wear a shirt and shoes. There’s a t-shirt that I really like. It is quite wide. It is black and has no other textures. Sleeves are wide and elbow-length. This is a gift my brother bought me when I was 16 years old. I usually wear it on outings with friends, when traveling or going out for coffee. I have a lot of pictures taken with this shirt. My favorite pants are wide leg pants. I totally match it with the t-shirt. It looks great. I like my current clothing style and I don’t think I have a reason to change it yet.

Nowadays, more and more people want to live in the city because of its advantages. However, living in a city has several drawbacks. Firstly, there are traffic jams. On the roads, especially rush hours, many vehicles are moving on the same road and it caused traffic jams. The increase in population and numbers of owner vehicles have caused traffic accidents every day. Public transport is uncomfortable and inefficient for most people. Secondly, air pollution has negative effects on people's health, animals, vegetation and buildings. My hobby is watching films. I have seen many films. The film I like best is Chang Trai Nam Ay. It's comedy moving, which was directed by Quang Huy. It's stars Son Tung M-TP, Hariwon, Hua Vi Van, Ngo Kien Huy and Pham Quynh Anh. The film was made in 2014.
Chang Trai Nam Ay is very hilarious, romantic and moving. It's about the young singer who has a cancer. The story of film is based on the real. The ending is very moving, I cried. I love Dinh Phong (by Son Tung) very much.
The special effects and the visuals are good. The music has sweet melody. I like the acting very much. The actors play very well. Those are the reasons why I like Chang Trai Nam Ay. The critics say it is a good film. I agree, although the film has a lot of scandals and bad comment from some viewers.

Some teens become overloaded with stress. When it happens, inadequately managed stress can lead to anxiety, withdrawal, aggression, physical illness, or poor coping skills such as drug and/or alcohol use.
Teens can decrease stress with the following behaviors and techniques:
- Exercise and eat regularly
- Avoid excess caffeine intake which can increase feelings of anxiety and agitation
- Avoid illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco
- Learn relaxation exercises (abdominal breathing and muscle relaxation techniques)
- Develop assertiveness training skills. For example, state feelings in polite firm and not overly aggressive or passive ways: ("I feel angry when you yell at me” "Please stop yelling.”)
- Rehearse and prace situations which cause stress. One example is taking a speech class if talking in front of a class makes you anxious
- Learn pracal coping skills. For example, break a large task into smaller, more attainable tasks
- Decrease negative self talk: challenge negative thoughts about yourself with alternative neutral or positive thoughts. "My life will never get better” can be transformed into "I may feel hopeless now, but my life will probably get better if I work at it and get some help”
- Learn to feel good about doing a competent or "good enough” job rather than demanding perfection from yourself and others
- Take a break from stressful situations. Activities listening to music, talking to a friend, drawing, writing, or spending time with a pet can reduce stress
- Build a network of friends who help you cope in a positive way
By using these and other techniques, teenagers can begin to manage stress. If a teen talks about or shows signs of being overly stressed, a consultation with a child and adolescent psychiatrist or qualified mental health professional may be helpful.
I have a memorable childhood which has many experiences. One of the experiences I remember most is the first time I was invited to a birthday party. I was a 6-year-old girl and I had a bestfriend whose name is Lisa. We were very close and seemed we couldn’t live without each other until her birhtday. It was a beautiful morning when Lisa invited me to her birthday party and had no idea about how great her party would be if she didn’t ask me to attend. I was very happy and decided to make my bestfriend surprise by giving her a puppy as a present. Lisa didn’t like dog or any animal but I almost forgot about that. I was confident to give her my present in her birthday and immediately realized that she didn’t like my little dog which I myself chose to buy 3 days ago. While the party was going on, I stood in a corner of the room and watched how much she loved other normal presents such as teddy bear, dolls or crayons. I felt dissapointed but that was not the worst thing. About 20 mintues later, Lisa’s father gave a sign that was the time to taking out a birthday cake. It was the biggest birthday cake I had ever seen. The light went off. As soon as it went on, somebody screamed “It’s a puppy in the cake”. Everyone was surprise and they recognized that was my puppy. They looked at the puppy and then looked at me. I glanced to Lisa. She said nothing and about to cried. I was very confused and ashamed. I carried my puppy, said sorry to Lisa and ran out of the party. I couldn’t believe that I had just broken my bestfriend’s birthday cake because of a silly decision. I learned that never bring any animal with me to a party, especially bestfriend’s birthday party. It’s an experience that I won’t forget for the rest of my life. Luckily Lisa forgave me and we are still friend up to now. She always reminded me about her 6th birthday and we laughed a lot.
