It was a rainy night, I came back home and got wet. My parents weren't at home so I stayed at home alone. When I was taking a shower, I heard footsteps in the kitchen. I got dressed and went to the kitchen. The fridge was opening but I didn't see anyone there! I see someone ran to the living room. I went to the living room and I saw the TV was turning on! I was so scared so I ran to my bedroom. I heard some scary sounds. It sounded like a ghost! Suddenly, the door opened. A woman with a white dress holding a knife! Her eyes were red and she had some blood on her face! I shouted very loud. Suddenly I wake up. Thanks God, It was just a dream.

First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.
My name is Mai. I am 15 years old. At school, I enjoyed playing volleyball. This is a sport that helps me exercise. When I was a child I enjoyed watching volleyball programs. When I was 12 years old, my mother sent me to learn to play volleyball. I it very much. I play volleyball most of my free time. Nowadays, a variety of environmental problems affect our entire world. As globalization continues and Earth’s natural processes, few societies are being left untouched by major environmental troubles.First of all, some of the largest problems now affecting to the world, air pollution and hazardous waste. These issues can be avoided with the recycling, for example in order to reduce pollution, we can minimize the energy spends on industrial production. Consequently, the greenhouse emission can be reduced which are harmful for the environment and our health. Furthermore, most of the landfill sides are filled up with a lot of waste products that could have been recycled, especially waste materials that belong to non-biodegradable category which takes a long time to discompose. In this way, recycling enable proper usage of these waste products and saves space for landfill.Plant more trees. This is easy, you know? Choose an open area/ground near your residence or workplace. Plant a tree every month, encourage your friends and colleagues to join you. Have more and more trees planted and there will come a day when you have a green stretch of land thanks to your effort.Walk more, drive less. Now that's not very difficult, is it? Choose to walk short distances instead of taking your car every time. Walking to the gym, to work (if it's not very far), go walking to run errands. Or use a bicycle. Both cycling and walking are good exercises. And each time you avoid using your car, you are contributing to reducing air pollution. You are saving fuel, saving money and getting a good workout too.

My family have 4 people. There are my mother,my father,my elder sister and me.My parents are both the same age, 50 years old.My father is a teacher ,he is very kind and hard-working. there is a woodcutter cut wood in the forest . until it is dark , he lost his way , no way back home he dug into the forest . he go on ferever to see a light from a distance , he approached and saw a small house where an old lady appared to be gentle and I would like to sleep through the night till you go . the old man put him small room to sleep. until the clock is only twelve hours , he suddenly wake up to hear the strange sound , he saw a shadow behind the door , he opened the door again and saw a knife in his throat , he ran out of the house , the old man turned into demon and pursuerd him , the demon caught him and threw him down to the deep well . from there , he died under the well.
