NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand rất giàu văn hóa.

Hello Carol! My name is Nick, I come from Vietnam. Now, I will introduce one of my favourite traditional dish and show you how to cook it.

As you know, the cuisine in Vietnam is very plentiful. Each part of Vietnam has its own traditional dishes. Pesonally, I'm a peson who was born and grew up in Quang Nam Povince - the central of Vietnam, so my favourite food is Quang Noodle. It is local food. It's vey special and vey popular in my country. I would say that it's really delicious. It's not only cheap but also easy to cook. All ingedients we need are: noodles, pork, shrimps, eggs, and some spices. It's vey easy to cook. Bring a pot of water and boil it. Then put the pork, shrimps, eggs and spice into the pot. Cook for about 20 minute. Moreover, you can add some turmeric if you want it to have yellow colour. It'll be more attractive. Do you know, the Quang people when be far from home, they miss Quang Noodle too muchbecause it contains their hometown smell.

In conclusion, Quang Noodle is my favourite traditional food. It's very delicious, cheap and easy to cook. If you have a chance, please come to my hometown, I will invite you to go to eat Quang Noodle with me.
