Amidst the immense mountains and forests of Lam Dong province, Dalat, a beautiful town, captivates all those who have been there once. I am one of those.
Dalat is often called the City of Eternal Spring. Flowers of all colors, with many species, the most numerous of which are orchids. More than anywhere else in Vietnam, Dalat sees flowers vie with one another in blossoming in spring. I used to get up early in the morning on fine days to welcome dawn on the highlands. Opening the windows, I had a breath-taking view of nature, and enjoyed the fragrance of wild flowers carried by the clouds, I felt relieved in my heart.
In the late afternoons, I often reserved for visits to the Valley of Love and Sigh Lake covered with quiet pine forests. Twilight on Dalat also brought many pictures and sensations. As a certain poet said, “Dalat is the city of honeymoon, the city of love”.
After two week is rest in Dalat, my health improved a lot. I think in the very near future Dalat will be Switzerland in the South-East Asia. The wind rustling through the pine forests, the roar of waterfalls, the chirping of birds and the clatter of horse ‘s hooves…all of these unforgettable memories always remain with me.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.
Nha Trang, the capital of Khanhs Hoaf province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a stunning landscapes. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests.
Nha Trang is the city in hamoney: its fine weather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a cerain balance. Nha Trang is a great holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.

My name is Hoang. I'm 11 years old. I live in Lao Cai city. I study in Nam Cuong school and I'm grade 6. My favorite subject is English, Art, Music. I'm an easy-going person so I have many friends and other social relationships. I'm confident, funny, amused, I'm also a bit shy. My hobbies are playing the piano, listen to music, drawing cartoons (anime), reading comic or novel,.... I also hanging out with my friends. We often go to the coffee shop, supermarket or cinema. My favorite holiday in the United States is Christmas. I have many good memories of Christmas when I was a boy growing up in Colorado. Every Christmas, our family would go to the mountains to find a nice, big evergreen tree and bring it home to decorate in our living room. I d to sit in the dark and watch the Christmas tree lights twinkle with the snow falling outside. Christmas was a time when our relatives got together and invited friends over for parties. We d to eat many holiday foods chocolate fudge, popcorn balls and pumpkin pie. Sometimes a group of singers would come by our house and sing Christmas songs while we listened. On Christmas morning my family would enjoy exchanging Christmas gifts. It was a happy time for me.

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.
The reasons I it so much are the grand scenery and the roman content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.
Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.
I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.
This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

Last week, my roommate introduced me a successful film which has adventurous features, meaningful context and good acting entitled “Virtual city.” The movies told a story about a gamer being accused of rape and murder while he is innocent. After making every effort to escape from a solitary confinement, he is helped by his team player to revenge and find out the truth. Eventually, it turns out that a group of gangland with enormous power and money exploits the poor’s disadvantages to reduce many crimes of the city mayor. The film carries a deep message that the life value in human society has been decreased in 21st century. Specifically, the film’s shot on location in Korea. On one hand, the miserable always lead a good life; on the other hand, the rich enjoy their life by making corrupt use of other people. Throughout the movie, we learn that what goes around comes around. As long as I am concerned, all the characters were carefully casted then played the scenes repeatedly to give out the best quality. The main characters are Kwon Yoo, Yeo Wool and they are played by Ji Chang Wook and Shim Eun Kyung. Both of their acting were excellent, which expressed strong emotions to audience. Additionally, the special effects are fantas when describing the scene of Kwon Yoo’s prison-break. However, some scenes are not touching due to few unexpected features. Although “virtual city” has just been released, its box office in VN was more than 200 billions VNĐ. Film cris considered it a masterpiece of the worldwide cinema, especially Korea drama

In near future, I hope to be an English teacher so that I can bring a popular foreign language to students at isolated areas. Since everyone are born fair, all the students have a right to go to school and learn from theirs friends, teachers. Despite the challenge of the job, I always choose to pursue my dream.

Vietnam is a tropical country. The climate is often hot and humid. In North Vietnam there are four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. It is hot in summer and it is very cold in winter. In South Vietnam there are only two seasons: the rainy season and the dry season. It rains a lot from May to November. In the dry season it is very hot. Sometimes there are storms in the North and floods in the South.
I love spring. Because the weather at that time is very nice. it’s breezy and mild. The landscapes are very beautiful. I love going out in spring to see sky. Sometimes, I take photographs and they’re so nice.

Today, it is not easy to choose a career. Hundreds of students pass various examinations every year and compete with one another for positions in the various professions which are not so many as there are applicants. I would, however, to choose teaching as my career.
Teaching is an interesting career for several reasons. As a teacher I can learn many things, especially if I teach to an udder-secondaryschool. If I teach History or English, for example, I have to read many books to make my teaching lessons more interesting to my pupils. Thus, I can acquire more knowledge of the subjects that I teach than what I can learn from the class text books. It is indeed afact that a teacher learns a lot from the class text books; but that is hardly enough to make the teacher’s lessons interesting to pupils.

From childhood, each person has a dream to pursue. To me, I want to be a teacher when I grow up. My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.
