Traffic safety and traffic that the world now needs to pay attention. it is not only the most important factors crucial to the development and survival of a nation, a territory but a junction of trade between regions of countries, cultures on world together. In advanced countries, the situation and development of their traffic is quite developed with a dense transport network and is regulated, but in Vietnam, … Urban transport situation in Vietnam is extremely chaotic. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. Circulation of vehicles on roads, railways, waterways each year but with increasing road infrastructure can present data to help the traffic situation.

It is believed that the number of the people who have died in traffic accidents is much higher than that of the people who have died of cancer or any other disease. In Ho Chi Minh City, the problem of traffic accidents is really serious. The following measures should be taken to reduce the seriousness/to minimize the consequences of this problem.
Firstly, the system of the main streets in Ho Chi Minh City must be improved or upgraded. It is awful to move along the streets of Ho chi Minh City because most of them are in bad condition and some are full of holes, either big or small. In addition, during the rainy season many streets are flooded with water after a heavy rain. If we are not careful enough, we easily hit other people or fall off our bike or motorbike.
Secondly, law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers should be punished strictly. These law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers are the “devils” of the streets: they operate their motor vehicles at a high speed and sway from one side/curb of the street to the other whenever they feel excited. There is no doubt that one of the main reasons of serious traffic accidents is the riders’ or drivers’ carelessness and lack of self-control.
Last but not least, calling for every citizen’s obeying traffic laws is crucial. The cit dwellers’ awareness of the necessity to obey traffic law is quite low; consequently, they travel along the streets without paying close attention to traffic lights and other signals. Quite often, motor-cyclists occupy the lanes for cars and other four-wheel motor vehicles while taxi drivers speed up, forcing the riders/drivers of other vehicles to give way to them. It takes a lot of time and energy to draw the attention of anyone who does travel along the streets in Ho Chi Minh City to the well-established traffic laws here in particular and to make each of the city dwellers a law-abiding citizen in general. But it is worth it!
In conclusion, we are all overwhelmed by the increasing number of the traffic accidents in Ho Chi Minh City nowadays. It is time to upgrade the whole system of the main streets in this city and apply strong efficient measures both to punish those who break traffic laws and to call for every citizen’s consciousness of obeying these laws strictly whenever he/she travels along the street in this city. The sooner these suggestions will be taken into account, the less serious the traffic accidents happening in Ho Chi Minh City will be.”

Today, traffic jams and traffic accidents are very big problems in our country. So what should we do to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents?
There are many following reasons of traffic jams. First, the roads are very narrow. There are too many cars and motorbikes. Second, people don't obey traffic rules. So, what are the solutions to improve traffic jams? First, they have to widen the roads. Second, ask people to obey traffic rules, such as: stop when the lights red, go when the lights green. There are lots of traffic accidents because of many reasons. First, people drive fast or carelessly. It is very easy to have accidents. Second, people don't obey the traffic rules. Third, they don't wear helmets. So, what is the solutions for this problem? First, they should drive or ride more carefully. Second, people should obey traffic rules and always wear helmets when they drive cars.
In sum, you should wear helmet, drive carefully and obey the traffic rules to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents.

On one side is people living their life in luxury, and on the other side is people who can’t afford to live, they have no place to live, they have no food to eat and they have no clothes to wear. There are poor people who need much more to be able to live, while other people have enough to survive. As said, poor people have not enough clothes, food, education and health. To be poor means to be deprived economically, politically and socially. They have no possibilities. To help poor people is a good job. To care for poor people and to help them is a real task. The more you give to poor people, the more you give them strength and if you give them one chance or opportunity, you will see a change in your life. Another thing is to show the poor people love and respect. It is another way to help poor people. Here are five ways to help poor people:
Give them support: A good way to help poor people is to give them a hand or a hug. Give them moral support, show love, respect and make them aware that someone really cares about them. Give them economic support: Ordinary people can help poor people by giving economic support. We can help them to solve problem with living. For an example, they need to get meals for their family, a place to live or some clothes. Give them groceries: Give groceries to poor people. They can’t even afford a meal for themselves or their family. Don’t waste food, it is better to give it to those that need it the most. Give them old belongings: To help poor people, is to give them old things, such as old clothes, old furnitures or other old things. Clothes is a big help for poor people especially in the winter season. Education: Knowledge can help the poor people to stand on their own feet. To give them free education can help them to grow as individuals, help them to live a better life, help them to get a job, and to build a career. There are A number of methods to reduce my carbon footprint. I should strive to conserve energy first. Lighting is a significant energy cost for most households. If you are going to be spending more hours working from home, this cost could go up further. The best way to minimise this extra cost is to make sure you turn off your lights whenever you’re not using them. Secondly, it is lowering the carbon footprint. Cutting carbon emissions it to take control of our heating. We can reduce our carbon emissions and energy usage by making sure we’re not using more heating than we need. Heating controls are evolving rapidly and investing in modern, easy to use controls is a good way to make sure you’re only using heating when necessary. To sum up, reducing the carbon footprint is very necessary for all of us.
