Northern Chile's Atacama Desert takes the prize for being one of the world's driest destination. In fact, it's so dry that NASA decided it was the perfect location to test its Martian rover. Lunar landscapes aside, it's also one of the best locations on earth to appreciate the Milky Way. Running has several health benefits. It helps to build muscles, changes mood and helps bring shape my body. Moreover, it strengthens the bones. Though many of the people argue that it helps to damage bones, they are in fact unaware of the benefits. So, I like to run in the morning. Mostly running helps to build inner muscles and breathing becomes easier. It also helps to prevent cardiovascular diseases and simultaneously burns calories. Running also helps to make a balanced weight. Sitting all day makes the body filled with calories and if anyone does not burn them, the chances to get affected with diseases increase.

It usually takes me 30 minutes to go to school. I often leave my house at 6:30. I go to school by bike. On my way to school, I cycle past shops and the park. The streets are not so busy. I finally get to school at 7:00. My class starts at 7:30.

I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.
If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.
Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture.

My favorite movie is Kungfu Panda. It’s a cartoon movie set in the Valley of Peace in ancient China in 2004. The star of the movie is Jack Black. The movie is about a panda who likes to learn Kungfu martial arts but this is not approved by his father because he is forced to follow his father’s noodle business. Then on one occasion, he learned with a master of Kungfu along with other famous colleagues. It’s interesting and I can understand everything. I think all kids will like this movie.

Ha Long Bay, located in the Gulf of Tonkin, within Quang Ninh Province, in northeast Vietnam, is 165 km from the capital of Ha Noi. Covering an area of 43,400 ha and including over 1600 islands and islets, most of which are uninhabited and unaffected by humans, it forms a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. It is a fantastic place for people who love nature and the ocean, so many tourists visit it every year. They can take part in exciting activities such as enjoying the sunset over the calm waters of Ha Long Bay or taking a boat tour around a floating village for a glimpse of this rare and beautiful way of life. When visiting Ha Long Bay, tourists should try seafood because it is fresh and delicious.
