"I often get up at 6.30 a.m. After brushing my teeth and washing my face I usually have breakfast at 7 a.m. I go to work by motorbike and be there at about 8 a.m. I usually start my work at 8:30 a.m. I stop at 11:45 for my lunch in my office. Because of his advanced age, he rarely exercised vigorously. My grandfather has a hobby of growing flowers. Every day he is very careful to take care of his flowers. My father is a doctor. He is very busy. I rarely see my father. My father treats many patients every day. I am very proud of my father. My mom is a teacher. My mother loves me very much. My mother taught me useful things. My favorite sport is badminton, and I think it is a suitable sport for girls me. I have been playing badminton since I was 12, and it is very good for me to improve my height. It needs at least two players to play, and we have to use rackets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. However, we can always play it in double form with two players each side or in larger teams. Points are counted when we can strike the shuttlecock across the net, and it lands within the opponent’s side of the court. We can also score when our opponent hit the shuttlecock but it does not go over the net or within our side. The scoring one can serve the shuttlecock, and it does not matter if the score is from the server and the receiver. There is one referee who sits on a very high chair right outside of the court and next to the net. He or she is the one who determines whether the shuttlecock touches the net or goes outside of the limit. Each game is played up to 21 points, if both of the players reach to 20 points, then they need to continue until one of them gains a two - point lead, for example 24 - 22. There are three sets in a match, and whoever win out of two sets, he or she wins the whole game. This is a quite simple sport without too many rules, and it does not require an ideal base of strength. Most of my girlfriends choose it as their main subject in Physical Education class, and we can both have fun and improve our health by it.

My favorite sport is badminton. There are some reasons why I it. First, I can improve my health by playing it. It makes me feel energe everyday. Furthermore, I enjoy the feeling of the badminton flying in the air. During the game, I can change the direction of badminton with little effort and beat my opponents. Besides that, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with various types of people. We can improve our skills through discussion and prace. Also, we can talk about many interesting things when we have a break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball or soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. To sum up, playing badminton benefits a person not only physically but mentally as well. I usually play at least once or twice a week

Hello, everybody! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Hai, I am 13 years old and a student at Gia Thụy secondary school . My favorite subject is math. I was born and grew up in Ha Noi. At the moment, I am living with my parents and a younger brother.I am a quiet, a little bit childish but also factual, dexterous and roman lady. In the education views, I am diligent, clever and patient with my study or even work and I never give up even though I know a lot of hardships are waiting for me in the future. My hobbies are jewellery collections, taking a walk in the afternoon, listening to music and watching movies. Parularly, I really love to watch how to make a sweet cake videos from the internet. I also enjoy playing badminton and riding a bicycle.My dream is to be a successful business woman so that now I am trying to study as hard as I can to get into the right subject that I love. My family have 4 people. There are my mother,my father,my elder sister and me.My parents are both the same age, 50 years old.My father is a teacher ,he is very kind and hard-working. My morther is a nurse, she is interesting, I think she is the most funny person in my family. My elder sister is 18 years old, she is a student and she is very pretty,she not only learns well but also plays the piano very well, I think she will become a pianist in the future. And me, I’m 16 years old and I’m a pupil, in the future i'll be a marketing staff. I love my familly very much.For me, family always is the assured a reliable support.

Now i m writing a paragraph about my activities every day . I have many different activities and i always perform they easily. After that,i tell you about my day offline ok? . Every morning, i get up at 6 o clock . I brush my teeth,wash my face and get dressed. I have breakfast at 6.20 then i go to school at 6.30. Because my house doesn t near the school , so it takes me about 20 minutes to go to school. My school classes end at 4.00p.m. I go home at 4.30. In my room, i lie the coach on watch tv. In the evening, i take a shower , have dinner and do my homework . I m in grade 7 sao my exercises are very difficult and i can t do it. But have some easy so i sometimes feel happy. I go to the bed at 11 o clock. My day finishes that....

My school's name is…………... It is not far from our house. I go to my school every day on foot. Our Principal's name is…………... Our class-teacher is……………. There is a small playground in our school-compound. During the tiffin hour, we play there. We play volley-ball and badminton. There are two swings on the side, We swing there merrily. We have a good library on the ground floor of the school-building. Our librarian is…………... She helps us in selecting good books. We take books on loan to read. The students of our school are gentle and disciplined. There is not much noise in our school. Our Principal is very strict. But he is also kind to all. I am happy as a student of my school. I love my school, my classmates, and my teachers. My school is my second home.

Yesterday was my beautiful day, I did alot of intereting things. In the morning, I got up early, brushed my teeth and had dinner. I had dinner with bread and milk. Secondly, I went to visit my grandfather, he had a farm so I can saw many animals, they are very funny. Thirdly, I went to the cinema to watched the film Pokemon, I found the film was intereting from begin to end. In the noon, I had lunch in the restaurent with fish, beef, vegetable, rice and a cup of orange juice.
