After a week of hard study, Sunday, dad take you watch football at the My Dinh Stadium.Today Vietnam team met the Thai team. Vietnam team dressed in red, while the Thai team wore blue. Team Vietnam was right before kick off. The referee and referee signaled the game starts. Exciting game from the first minute. I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.

In the future, I think people won't be worried about travelling because of teleporters.It will look a big magic box or maybe it will be designed as a magic lift.In my opinion, it will be powered by solar energy and it will combine the function of a 3D map. Just think about going into a teleporter in France and choosing Vietnam as the destination. Then, 3 minutes later, you will be in Hanoi - Vietnam. That will be great.People can use it anytime and anywhere. It won't take a lot of space.I think it will replace all other vehicles and it will make people around the world closer.

I think in the future, most people will travel by flying cars.I think that it will have 2 wings so that it can fly as a plane. It will not be as big as the plane, but its speed will be higher than any other vehicles now.I think flying cars will use solar power with super thin batteries and they will use the technology called Vehicle-to-Vehicle communication, or V2V, which means cars will communicate with each other to avoid crashing. My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the necessary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contains many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

Of all the subjects taught in school, I Geography best. It is the only subject which teaches me everything I need to know about the world we live in, for example, vegetation, way of life of people, climate, agriculture and economy.
I learn about the countries around Malaysia and in other parts of the world and, since I cannot visit and see for myself every country in the world, I get at least a good picture of these countries by studying Geography. I am very interested in finding out more about other countries especially those that experience snow when winter comes. I often wonder about the life of the people in these countries. What would it be to be dressed in thick clothes and boots and living in snow-covered houses amidst fir trees? Then, there are the hot desert lands that stretch for miles and miles without a tree in sight. They, too, fascinate me. I marvel at the inhabitants who are able to tolerate the intense heat of the burning sun, traveling along miles of barren, hot land on camels where the only vegetation found would be the few palm trees growing at an oasis. The wide range of food which we enjoy daily such as butter, cheese, fruits, bread that comes from wheat and many others lead me on to find out how they are processed and imported into Malaysia and finally make their appearance in our homes.
As I study more in Geography, I understand better the changes in weather conditions, for example, why there are hot and dry seasons or cool rainy days during the monsoon season and how deserts are caused.

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.
History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.
I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.

The beauty of Nha Trang beach has attracted a large number of local and international tourists every year. On the seaside stands a range of palm, coconut trees and beach umbrellas, which invite you to enjoy the sun under its shape and give you a peaceful state of mind. Moreover, there is a variety of restaurants, hotels and souvenir stores near the seaside providing necessities to serve all the demands of tourists. On setting foot on this area, people can immerse themselves into stunning scenery and dreamy sea and be given many chances to enjoy delicious local food with typical smell and taste. In addition to, when night falls, you can walk along the coastline to enjoy the moonlight and the splendid beauty of the beach and have amazing and joyful moments. To put it briefly, Nha Trang beach has put a strong impression on me and I have an intention of visiting this place whenever possible.

For those who love travelling, a trip to the seaside would be an ideal picking. The scene of the beach is always an awe-inspiring masterpiece of nature, especially on a beautiful day. The sky is clear and deep blue. Glorious, heavenly light shines through the light wispy clouds. The sea song of the waves soothes me a lot. Not a sign of high waves, there is only continuous little waves rippling gently. The sand has a considerable amount of corals with a collection of many different multi colored seashells. There are also flocks of gulls circling in air. the smell of salty sea tingles my nose as I breathe in a breath of fresh air. In addition, there are some restaurants and hotels available on the seaside to supply all the demands of tourists. The beauty of beach has attracted a lot of attentions and the beach has been always crowded with local and foreign tourists on every holiday. There are many tourists walking along the edge of the sea and taking photos. Children build up sand castles as the image of their wild imagination. I love the beach so much that I would to spend my whole life in this place.

My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. I love the moral stories that she told me before I fell asleep every night. We’re really appreaciate mother’s effort, patient and her hard work to conserve the family’s happiness. My mother is an indispensable part of my life. When I grow up, I want to be a woman her.

The weather means different things to different people. I come from England, so the weather is always a big topic there.People in England can’t deal with the weather. A tiny bit of snow, and no one goes to work.Two days of thirty-degree temperatures and it’s a heatwave. Three days and it’s an emergency.I once lived in Dubai. No one really talked about the weather there. It was the same almost every day of the year.Hot, sunny, blue skies, no rain. I never looked at the weather forecast. I always knew what the weather would be . Not in England where people pray for the weather to be OK.But the weather is changing. Global warming is making it rain in the desert and dry in the rainforests.

I have been studying English since I was in secondary, and I realized that I had gain a lot of benefits from learning that language. First, English makes me become much more confident in communicating and expressing my opinion. Through pracing in speaking class, I can develop both my communicating and pronouncing skills. Second, English is a good supporting subject for my writing skill. By following the available grammars, I can gradually know how to make more convincing arguments as well as give demonstrating examples. Third, listening skill helps me to have more focus to the details in every conversation. In that way I can collect more valuable information in just a short time. Besides, I can also develop me note-taking skills since it is necessary to have a good note while I am listening to lectures. Last, what I had learnt in reading skill can be applied perfectly in reading any kind of material. By scanning and skimming, I can understand thoroughly the main ideas of each page. In sum up, all of the four skills of English can parularly help me in a lot of aspects. I am happy that I started learning English at a very young age, and I will continue to prace it.

English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.
