When you ride a bicycle, motorised foot scooter or a personal mobility device a segway, you must wear an Australian Standard (AS) approved bicycle helmet. You must securely fit and fasten it. An approved bicycle helmet means a helmet that complies with AS 2063 or AS/NZS 2063.
You may only carry passengers on your bicycle if the bicycle is designed to carry passengers. If you carry a passenger on your bicycle, they must also wear an approved helmet, securely fitted and fastened. However, if they are a paying passenger on a 3 or 4 wheeled bicycle, they do not have to wear a helmet.
You do not need to wear a helmet if you have a doctor's certificate stating that, for a specific amount of time, you cannot wear a helmet:
- for medical reasons
- because of a physical characteris that makes it unreasonable for you to wear one.
If you have a doctor's certificate, you must carry it with you when you ride without a helmet.
You also do not need to wear a helmet if you are a member of a religious group and are wearing a headdress customarily worn by your group, that makes it impracal to wear a helmet.
Attaching a camera
There is no law that prohibits the attachment of a camera to a bicycle helmet, as long as the helmet remains compliant with the above mentioned standards, and is an approved attachment (according to the helmet manufacturer).
You may use a camera mounted on your bicycle or a body mounted camera as an alternative.
Bicycle equipment
Every time you ride, your bicycle must have:
- at least 1 working brake
- a working bell, horn or a similar warning device.
Bicycle equipment for night time and unsafe weather
If you ride at night or in weather conditions that make it difficult to see, you must display (either on the bicycle or on you):
- a white light (flashing or steady) that can be clearly seen at least 200m from the front of the bicycle
- a red light (flashing or steady) that can be clearly seen at least 200m from the back of the bicycle
- a red reflector that can be clearly seen at least 50m from behind the bicycle—when a vehicle's headlights shine on it.

People say that students don't need to wear uniforms at school. In my opinion, i strongly disagree with it because of some following reasons.
Firstly, Wearing uniforms encourages student to be proud of being a student of their school because they are wearing the uniforms with the labels bearing their school's name.
Sencondly, Wearing uniforms at school helps students feel equal in many way because we don't know who are rich or poor if they wear uniforms.
Finally, It is practical , you don't have to think of what to wear every day.
To sum up, it si neccessary for students to wear uniform at school.
Đây chỉ là 1 vài ý cơ bản làm dẫn chứng, bạn tham khảo nhé :
In my opinion, students need to wear uniforms at school. School uniforms provide stability. It seems to be fair that all students get dressed in the same clothes
- Uniforms avoid jokes being made about different clothes. Students get bullied because of what they are wearing, uniforms will stop that
- They will pay more attention in class because they don't have to worry about how they look. Instead, they may spend that time thinking about what they have learnt and what they will study
- If students could be allowed to wear casual clothes, some strangers could kidnap a child or something in the school
- Moreover, the uniforms represent your school. When you are wearing your uniform, it makes you proud of your school
Nowadays, many companies encourage old employees to retire to make up room for the young ones. The above point is certainly true; this essay will contain some reasons that support my suggestion.
First of all, the new generation has multiple advantages that outweigh the old generation, because the world we live in currently is based on the fast, frequently-generated technology. The new generation is more adapted to become updated with the modern releases of it. They master advanced technology and have greater energy to exploit than senior employees due to many aspects including the physical strength of each party. Plus they are more capable of rejuvenating their concepts as they are gaining experience. Moreover, young employees would have the opportunity, just like the older ones had theirs once in the past, to show off their skills to their boss. Eventually, by allowing younger employee to become more involved in a beneficial way in their community, the spread of corruption would decrease gradually. As a result, the society will witness a great deal of sustainable economical production in the country.
Undeniably, old employees must have left an influential impact on today's trade. And their achievements that had been accomplished in the workforce force should be appreciated after they retire. Therefore, responsible organizations should work on arranging educational centres and beneficial events for the retired senior citizens. They would fulfill their free time usefully and efficiently, like pursuing in their personal hobbies.
At last, our community is based on a mixture of various age parties. For each period of time, each party obtains heir right to possess an effective role in the society. However, commercial and big companies prefer young employee because they infuse the work atmosphere with lots of young blood.
Online learning has emerged as a convenient and effective alternative to traditional classroom instruction. In this essay, I firmly agree with the statement that online learning not only offers convenience but also proves to be more effective than traditional classroom teaching. Firstly, online learning provides unmatched convenience for both students and teachers. With the click of a button, students can access course materials, lectures, and assignments at any time and from any location. This flexibility allows individuals to tailor their learning experience around their personal schedules, enabling them to balance work, family commitments, and education effectively. Moreover, online platforms eliminate the need for lengthy commutes and provide an inclusive learning environment, as students from various geographic locations can access the same resources and expertise. Secondly, online learning has demonstrated its effectiveness through improved outcomes and engagement. The personalized nature of online courses allows students to progress at their own pace, ensuring a thorough understanding of the subject matter. Adaptive learning tools and assessments help identify areas of weakness and provide targeted interventions, enabling students to strengthen their knowledge gaps. Additionally, online platforms often incorporate interactive multimedia, simulations, and gamification techniques, which enhance student engagement and promote active learning. Furthermore, online learning encourages the development of valuable digital skills that are increasingly vital in today's technology-driven world. Students become proficient in navigating online platforms, utilizing digital resources, and collaborating in virtual environments. These skills are transferable to various professional settings and enhance students' employability prospects. While face-to-face interactions are seen as a strength of traditional classrooms, online learning has adapted by incorporating discussion forums, video conferencing, and group projects. These tools foster meaningful interactions, promote peer learning, and create a sense of community among students. In conclusion, online learning offers unparalleled convenience, personalized learning experiences, and the development of digital skills. Its flexibility and effectiveness make it a superior alternative to traditional classroom instruction. By embracing online learning, we can create a more accessible and efficient education system that meets the diverse needs of students and teachers in the modern world.
A great deal of what you write is intended to convince the reader that you have an important point to make. When you write a letter applying for a job you want to convince the reader that you are the right person for the job. When you write a review of a film you want to convince the reader that you have something important to say about the film, and maybe you recommend it, or, on the other hand, suggest that it is not worth seeing. In an essay on some aspect of American government you want to convince the reader that you can answer the questions that have been posed and that you can throw light on specific aspects of American government. In all these three examples you want to show your reader that you have something sensible and important to say about the topic that is under discussion. You do this by arguing your case. You offer “a line of argument” keeping it within the framework of the chosen topic. For example, your letter of application for a job has a presentation of yourself and your qualifications as its framework. “You” are the topic! It might therefore be relevant to mention your hobbies in your letter. If you are applying for a job in a bookshop it would be sensible to point out that reading is one of your hobbies, if it is. You include this in the line of argument running through the letter, perhaps giving this information after you have listed your education and other formal qualifications. You do not, however, spend a paragraph writing about your brother’s or sister’s hobbies. That would be irrelevant. Information about them falls outside the framework you have constructed.
Similarly, if the topic is American government and the question is “Does the President have too much power?” you do not write about American geography or American sports. You write about the mechanics of political power in the USA, showing step by step whether, in your view, the President does or does not have too much power.
You must, then, avoid irrelevance. Keep a sharp focus on your topic.
