Dear Sir,
I write to you about the noise of your flat
I am constantly disturbed by the noise of your record player late at night
I have spoken to you a number of times about this matter and you said you would try to be more reasonable
But you continue playing your record player till early hours in the morning
I hope we could/can manage to sort this in pleasant
Yours faithfully,
Ms. Janet
