\(=\left(x+5\right)^2+\left(y+1\right)^2\)
b, \(x^2-2xy+2y^2+2y+1\)
\(=x^2-2.x.y+y^2+y^2+2.y.1+1^2\)
\(=\left(x-y\right)^2+\left(y+1\right)^2\)
c, \(4x^2+2z^2-4xz-2z+1\)
\(=\left(2x\right)^2-2.2x.z+z^2+z^2-2.z.1+1^2\)
\(=\left(2x-z\right)^2+\left(z-1\right)^2\)
