One of the causes of stress for me is school. I have to study a lot and do many assignments and tests. To cope with this, I try to manage my time and prioritize my tasks. I also take breaks and do some relaxing activities. Another way to deal with stress at school is to seek help from others when I need it. I can ask my friends, classmates, or teachers for assistance or advice. I can also join some clubs or groups that interest me and make new friends. By doing these things, I hope to reduce my stress level and enjoy my school life more. In conclusion, stress is a serious issue that affects many people. Studying caused a lot of stress to me. To deal with it, I try to plan my work and take care of myself. I hope that by doing this, I can improve my quality of life.
My stress mainly comes from having too much homework and spending too much time on social media. To reduce stress, I try to stay calm and relax by participating in sports activities and reading books. I also limit my smartphone use by turning it off in the evening to give me time to rest. These measures have helped me feel more balanced and less stressed
