The bar chart illustrates the rates of five different struggles that people face in the process of lifelong learning. Overall, most people find it difficult to follow lifelong education because they have no time or finances.

Two of the most popular barriers for people to dealing with in adult learning are the shortage of time and money. Both two reasons contain the majority of population, specifically about two-thirds have no time and above three quarters cannot pay the money required for lifelong education.

The three other reasons that are mentioned in the chart are thought by less the a quarter of the population. The lack of interet has the least rate, with only 10%. The two other reasons, irrelevance of subjects and unawareness of its importance, are dealt by nearly equal amount of people, being 20% and 22% respectively
