The line graph depicts the population trends in Vietnam from 1960 to 2020, showcasing a significant increase over the six-decade period. In 1960, the population was approximately 36 million. A steady rise can be observed throughout the 1960s and 1970s, with the count reaching around 50 million by the late 1970s. The growth accelerated in the 1980s, resulting in a notable spike, and by 1990, the population had surpassed 70 million.
The upward trend continued into the 2000s, with the population hitting around 90 million by 2010. The growth rate appears to stabilize somewhat in the following decade, with projections indicating a slight increase to about 98 million by 2020. Overall, the graph highlights Vietnam's transition from a modest population to a much larger and more stabilized demographic landscape over the span of 60 years.

Nowadays, more and more young Vietnamese people welcome festivals such as Christmas and Halloween. In my opinion, this trend has both positive and negative impacts on Vietnamese youth.

Firstly, the positive side of this trend is the encouragement of extracurricular activities. Celebrating global festivals brings a lot of joy, happiness and entertainment. At the same time, help young people learn about other cultures. This contributes positively to their personal growth and comprehensive development.

Second, there is concern that such global celebrations could lead to a loss of cultural identity among young people. The danger of neglecting local festivals must be acknowledged in order to maintain a strong sense of identity. At the same time, the above festival encourages people to buy things they don't need.

Finally, exposure to different cultures during global festivals helps Vietnamese youth learn about the world. This cultural exchange promotes understanding and builds a more cohesive global community.

In short, I firmly believe that organizing international festivals has positive aspects but Vietnamese youth need to maintain balance. Embracing foreign cultures should not come at the cost of ignoring rich traditions. A balanced approach will ensure the positive impacts outweigh the potential negative consequences.

Single-use plastic waste is becoming one of the most serious environmental problems today, causing great impacts on the ecosystem and human health. According to statistics, millions of tons of plastic are released into the environment every year, most of which are disposable plastic such as plastic bags, plastic bottles and straws. To solve this problem, several effective solutions need to be implemented. First, schools can launch campaigns to encourage students to use reusable water bottles instead of disposable plastic bottles. You can organize exchange sessions and give reusable water bottles to students to encourage this habit. At the same time, the government should encourage the use of environmentally friendly alternative products such as cloth bags, paper straws and glass bottles. Second, organize propaganda campaigns to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of plastic waste and encourage waste separation at source. Finally, it is necessary to develop effective plastic recycling technologies to reduce the amount of plastic released into the environment. These solutions not only help protect the environment but also contribute to building a sustainable community for future generations.
