Vì chỉ có ngôi thứ ba số ít: SHE, HE, IS  trong thì hiện tại đơn mới thêm s hoặc es thôi. Thêm es sau động từ tận cùng là: o, ch, sh, s, x, z, còn lại thì thêm s.

Còn các ngôi: WE, YOU, THEY, I thì ko như vậy nha.
