I live in Maple Street, Cornwall District. There are several interesting destinations that are within walking distance from my apartment. To get to the nearest grocery store, I usually walk along the street and turn right at the traffic lights, and I will see a variety of stores on the right. If I continue a little farther in the same direction, I will pass a shopping centre. On the other side of the street, there's an art gallery which is in front of my favourite cinema. One of my favourite places to go is Central Park. It's quiet and pretty with tall trees and beautiful flowers. I often spend my weekend in the park. It's so relaxing to walk between the trees and enjoy the fresh air there.
One thing I don't like about my neighbourhood is the noisy traffic. Overall, though, it is a safe and convenient place to live.
