In my opinion , keep fit and healthy is very important for our body.Today , i will give you some advices to keep your body in shape .

First, when you wake up, you should do some exercise ( only do it in the morning)

Then , if school is not too far from your home , ride a bike or walk to school ( this also help the enviroment ) 

*Important : Eat healthy

you should eat less junk food 

Eat more vegetable , it is good for your body 

And the last one is : sleep at the right time 

you should sleep at 9pm-10pm and wake up at 6am-7am

you shouldnt sleep in the class ( trust me , it is really bad , not good for your body and make your teachers angry )

That all my advices for you to keep fit and healthy
