Sorry, I replied your letter quite late, I saw in the letter that you're sick and worried about your weight, right? I'm worried about you , so in this letter I will write some tips to stay health and keep fit for you.
Firstly, Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onser of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune symstem to be in its best possible shape, giving you the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
Secondly, You need to eat healthily such as vegetables, fruit, grains,...etc. It plays an important role in keeping your shape. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Next, You need to Exercise more. Exercise has enhancing immune system that can help ward off illness. Over do too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness,too. You make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly.
Then, You need to reduce your stress too. As I know, people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from your throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Besides, you can learn to control your stress with yoga exercises, meditation,..etc.
After that, you eat more fruit for vitamin C which can help you prevent the common cold, and you will also drink more milk, which will keep you healthier and stronger to prevent colds.
Last but not least, the covid-19 epidemic is complicated in the world. Currently, there are many variants that have much more powerful attack power so you have to be careful! On the street, do not forget to wear a mask and regularly use disinfection jars.
