In today's world, the places that people live affect greatly in their lifestyles and living place is a basic demand of humman. Some people are prefer and argue that city is the best place to live due to the fact that it owns lots of advantages, but others think that villages are the best place to live a good life. This essay will compare the good points and drawback between living in the urban area and rural area. 

       It is true that cities offer so many oppotunities which are absent in a countryside. Cities generally have better infrastructure, education system and advance health care facilities. You get to meet people from all walk of life, learn to coexist with people from different ethnicity, race and culture; hence you become more tolerant, open minded and start respecting other differences. For instance, the modern transportation systems are better in any city compared to village. In a city, people have access to many different transportation systems and have lattest technologies to communicate suchas smartphone,....Moreover, when a technology arrives at the country , it is first introduced in the city. There is a fact that cities provide better security to its inhabitants like the community police, security guards,...The reason why people like to move to the big city to live at is because of job opportunities. Most of the offices, industry zones, factories,... are located in the city or close to the city.Turning to other side of the picuture, traffic could be one of the major disadvantages of living in a big city. Many people take motorbikes everyday and it has also been proved that the majority of families have at least two motorbikes. This means that you have to deal with rush-hour traffic on your way to work and on your way back. In addition, big cities can not be discussed without mentioning about pollution. Smog, high carbon emission rate, polluted drinking water and high decibels of noise are some of the reasons for air, water and noise pollution in the city. 
      On the other hand, unlike life in the city, life in the countryside is slower. People don't have to hurry and have lot of times. They don't have to work so many hours as they do in the city. For human's morale and habitat, having a house in the countryside is very suitable place to organize family gathering and vacation. Also, living in the countryside gives you a chance to own a green habitat with trees , lakes, ponds and garden. Unlike the urban , the asmosphere in the countryside has more oxygen, which let us breath easier, reduce stress. As you realize, the infrastructure in the city is more focus than that in the countryside, road are narrow, sometimes muddy after rain which is vey difficult to transfer and exchange goods. Last but not least, medical in the country side is not being concentrated nlike the city. When you suffer from disease, you will need go far away to the city so that they can heal it.

    To sum up, both city and countryside has it owns possitive and negative sides. Choosing place to live depend on human's need and their hobby. In my case, I prefer living in the city rather than living in the countryside. I feel relax and comfortable staying there. Morover, I like to lead a busy and challenging life and want to be connected with the world.
