I am so pleased to receive the letter from you (nowsaday, everybody sends email to each other only)
As you know, I am a very weak girl and I rarely join in our class activities. But now, after a period of applying the balanced eating methods, I am able to take part in the marathon organized by Techcombank. I am very happy and want to share with you the methods I have applied to have a healthy body, a good spirit. Please do the following steps:
1. Balancing diet
Diet can affect your health in many different ways. A healthy and balanced diet can prevent a number of diseases. Your daily diet should include a variety of nutrients. Make sure you get enough protein in your daily meals. In particular, making smart food choices like checking the ingredients of each food also helps balance your diet.
2.Maintain a steady weight
Obesity is linked to a number of serious health problems. Therefore, a healthy weight can help reduce your risk of several diseases. Regular exercise and a healthy diet can also help you maintain a healthy weight. Exercise will help you burn calories and keep in shape.
3. Take care of your mental health
Many people only focus on physical health without paying attention to mental health. Your mental health can affect your daily activities. Do simple exercises like meditation or breathing exercises to avoid stress and boost your mental health.
4. Drink more water each day If you drink too many carbonated drinks or caffeine throughout the day, you will add some unnecessary ingredients to your diet. Most of these drinks are sugary and can lead to weight gain. You should drink more water throughout the day. Also, try to replace sugary drinks with herbal tea, lemon juice or detox water.
