Secondly, you should spend less time on electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, iPad, etc. because if you use them too much, you will become lazy and soon, you'll be fat. I advise you to play more outdoor activities like playing sports, it'll help you keep fit and healthy. Thirdly, you should relax and get enough sleep, so you'll feel full of energy the next day. Finally, you should have a medical check-up every 3 months to be sure that you are fine.
