It’s true that eating and drinking enough can provide you with enough energy and protein, but eatingand drinking too much can cause common diseases such as stomachache, obesity. There is also a saying that: “Eat to live,not live to eat.” Of course, eating and drinking too little can cause energy shortage and make you tired or sick easily.Secondly,you should exercise every day. Doctors say that regular exercise can help reduce stress, burn excessive energy and strengthen bones and muscles.Recent surveys show that over 90 percent (%) of people doing exercise regularly have good body shape, always feel healthy and rarely catch diseases.Thirdly, we should have enough sleep every day. Doctors advise us that children under ten years old should sleep at least 12 hours a day, and older people should sleep for 7 hours a day.
