First of all, you should do morning exercises regularly. For example, you can cycle, go jogging 

because they provide you with more enerfy which helps us relieve tension, reduce stress and

have a positive outlook on life. Second, you ought to have a balanced diet. Instead of eating fast

food, you eat healthy food,take plenty of fruits and vegetables because they prevent us fatal diseases

such as obesiy, cancer, etc. Finally, you should perform medical check-up every 3 months to be sure

that your health is all right.
