How do we have a healthy and keep fit? Well, it is an easy question but not everyone can fully understand the meaning of it. Firstly, we need to give up all fast food, carbonated drink, deep fried foods because  they are bad for our healthy instead we should eat vegetables such us: carrots, spinach, cabbages,...;fruit such us: oranges, apples, ...; salad dishes. Do you know an orange has a lot of vitamins, especially vitamin C ? About that it is very good for your healthy. Secondly, we should do exercise and play game very morning or every afternoon. In the morning, you can do exercise to train your health. In the afternoon, you can play game such us play badminton, volleyball, football,... with your family or your friends. It can both train, keep fit and heal your relationships. So that we feel more love of life and confidence in ourselves. Thirdly, we need to get used to go to bed early and get up early. If you go to bed late and get up early, it will be stress then it affects our healthy typically insomnia. So if you sleep for eight hours, go to bed early and get up early, we will fell better mentally and happier. From then on we see, if we have a good health, our spirit will be more optimistic and loving of life. Then why don't you try the things I just mentioned above and you will have a lovely life.
