Today I'm going to tell you how I keep fit and healthy.
For me keep fit is important.I mean good healthy is everything to me.I will be stronger and happier when I'm in great shape. In addition , I can have more energy to work and study.
Here are some ways I keep fit and healthy:I always go jogging when I wake up in the early morning. Then I have breakfast and go to school. In the late afternoon, I hit the gym and work out for an hour and then come home to relax. In fact , my day will be very tedious without exercise.Beside, I also prefer as I'm a sporty person.I can have more fun when I play.Last but not least, eating food is very important, too.Because we can stay strong and healthy . You know, I eat organic vegatables every day as they provide me a lot of Vitamin.
