So, I alway eat vegetables and do exercise. I like eating fruits too, I like to drink orange juice.

Second, doing exercise is also good for health. Regular exercise reduce the risk of disease, helping to maintain the body in good shape. I often riding bike at the weekend. I like riding very much. It's really good for my health.
