So, it is better to have a nutritionally balanced meal containing enough protein, fiber, vitamins,... They will help you a lot in your successful keep fit and healthy! Thirdly, chew slowly is also important. When chewing slowly, saliva is released to increase the amount of digestive enzymes, stimulating the stomach to produce more acid to break down food. At that time, calories are burned. Finally, You mustn't eat much fast food because it contains unhealthy fats. Thing not least is nowadays,the Covid-19 pandemic 's progression is very serious, It has stolen many human's lives. But, people get Covid-19 disease beacause of their subjectivity. People do not wear masks when in public, leading to the spread of disease. The government has enacted social distancing laws to protect people's health and propagating methods to prevent Pandemic. I hope you practise the methods of disease prevention seriously and effectively, not subjectively or ignore the epidemic.
