i have read your letter.i know that recently,you're in a trouble,obesity.i will give you some advice to keep fit and stay healthy.you will need it!!! these are some advice:

+you have to eat less fat food,like:snacks,hambuger,or fast food.

+you need go out and exercise more.it's good for your health and it'll help you burns calories. 

+you must eat more vegetables,like:carrot,cauliflower,cabbage,.....because they not includes sugar.

+in the end,you just need to keep determined.

just do like what i say.you will have a pefect body and health.
