I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly.

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Cân nhắc về giấc ngủ và dinh dưỡng giúp ngăn ngừa sự khởi phát của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm, lối sống lành mạnh giúp hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi ở trạng thái tốt nhất có thể, giúp tôi có cơ hội tốt nhất để chống lại sự tấn công của cảm lạnh hoặc cúm. Tôi cần ăn uống lành mạnh. Các thực phẩm lành mạnh như rau, trái cây, ngũ cốc, v.v., là một phần quan trọng trong việc giữ dinh dưỡng cho cơ thể tôi ở mức tối ưu. Căng thẳng có thể gây tổn hại đến khả năng hoạt động tối ưu của hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi và những người bị căng thẳng có xu hướng bị cảm lạnh nhiều hơn những người ít căng thẳng hơn. Quản lý căng thẳng của tôi là góp phần ngăn ngừa bệnh cúm. Ngoài ra, nước uống còn có thể giúp rửa sạch vi-rút cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày, nơi chúng không thể tồn tại. Mặc dù cảm lạnh thực chất không gây ra cảm lạnh hay cúm (vi rút gây ra), nhưng cảm lạnh có thể làm giảm sức chịu đựng của tôi và khiến tôi cảm thấy khó chịu, mệt mỏi nên tôi cần giữ ấm. Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để bổ sung vitamin. C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường và tôi cũng sẽ uống nhiều sữa hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh hơn và chống lại cảm lạnh

Mid_Autumn festival is one of the popular celebrations in the Viet Nam.
Every year,it's on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It's organized so that people celebrate the largest full moon in the year.
In that festival, children wear masks, parade on the street have parties with special cakes and lots of fruits. 
I feel happy when taking part in it because it makes me exited and helps me remember about my childish.

Nghinh Ong Festival
Eight-hundred paripants of the annual Nghinh Ong Festival marched through the streets of Phan Thiet City yesterday amid swarms of onlookers. Palanquins (elevated seats carried by two or four people), flowers and music flooded the streets for the cultural immersion festival that has brought together the Viet and Hoa (Chinese ethnic) people living together in the town to worship Quan Cong and wish for peace, good weather and prosperous harvests throughout south central Binh Thuan Province.
"The festival expresses clearly the cultural identity of the Hoa community in Phan Thiet, living together with other ethnic groups. The high amount of community involvement in the festival is what makes it original and entertaining," said Lam Quang Hien, director of the provincial Department of Culture and Information, and the festival's organising committee chief.
"Many people look forward to when Ong's palanquin and the delegation march past their street; they believe that good things will come to them," he adds.
Nghinh Ong Festival - one of five main ethnic festivals in Binh Thuan - brings calligraphy, gastronomy, exhibitions and Chinese chess to life in an impressive China Town form.
Fifteen dance troupes bearing colourful unicorn, lion and dragon costumes performed programmes to wow visitors. Included was the town's native Thanh Long troupe which presented their popular Truong Long Lion.
Classical opera (tuong) performances by HCM City based Tran Huu Trang Theatre also delighted audiences.
The festival, held on August 11-14, aims to promote tourism activities in the region, said Nguyen Van Thu, deputy chairman of the provincial People's Committee. Officials estimated the event attracted more than 40,000 visitors.
