Every day I go to school, I eat vegtables at school and at home, I also like fruit too. I like apples, bananas, mangos... I also drink vitamin c to keep my body strong. That's all for now. I will try to stay healthy and strong.

We need to live healthy life, but not all of us can do it. For me, how I live a healthy life is very easy and you should try it. Everyday, I wake up at 5: 30 a.m to do some exercise. Fifteen minutes a day is aright, surely you can fit 15 minutes in yout busy schedule, right? I also have a healthy diet. I don't like drinking soft drink and eat fast food like hamburger and French fries. On the other hand, drinking a lot of water and eating fruits and vegetables is very healthy for us.
