#1 For the first one the answer is Mia because according to the guide to guess her name, she said that she is half the age of her sister and her sister is 24 years old
Solve: 24 : 2 = 12
=> Mia is 12 years old and no one is the same age as Mia, so Mia is the answer for this clue
#2 Second one, in this clue, the person said that this person has no tens in her age. Which means this person's age is under 10, this person also said that he/she is half the age of her sister like Mia said.
=> 12 : 2 = 6, I did this because only 12 divided by 2 can equal to the number which under 10 and others can't.
So the answer for this is Sarah because she is 6.
#3 Third clue, the unknown guy said that he has 5 tens
Which 5 times 10 = 50, now in this case, we won't find any people who is more than 50 years old expect Ranjit (He is 54 by the way).
So the answer for this clue is Ranjit.
#4 Final clue! 
According to the guide, we all know that double tens is 20, because double is to multiply by 2. Which is 10 x 2 = 20.
That person also said that person is half of 48, so 48 divided by 2 = 24!
Now no one is more than 20 and less than 30, so the answer for this is Lucy!

(If you don't understand why I prove that no one is more than 20 and 30 then let me explain this:

You all know that the person said that this person's age is half of 48. Half of 48 = 48/2 and 48/2 is < 48. So I said less than 30 means that 48/2 is 24 and 24 is less than 30, also if you still thinking that it's must be Ranjit then Ranjit is 54, how it's would be possible if half of 48 is 54 lol.)
