Hello, my best friend!
I wish you a happy and healthy new year! How are you? How's your study at school? To reply to your email, I will tell you about how my daily routine has changed due to COVID-19.
As you know, COVID-19 (or also known as coronavirus) was first detected in 2019 in Wuhan, China. It has been spreading all over the world for a short time. And Vietnam, like other countries, has tried its best to repel the pandemic. However, the pandemic has made a very big change in each person's lifestyle. My daily routine has been changed as well.
Before the pandemic, as a normal student, I get up early in the morning, have breakfast, then go to school. After school, I return home, have lunch, and have a rest so that I can study attentively in the afternoon. In the evening, I try to finish my homework and prepare for the next lessons. But, in this COVID-19, going out is not a very good choice because it can make the pandemic more serious. Hmmm, let me see. In the morning, I can sleep a little bit more. I get up at 7 am instead of getting up at 6. Then I have breakfast and turn on my computer so that I can start my online lessons on time. The lessons finish at about 9.30, so after learning, I finish my homework and have lunch with my family. In the afternoon, I spend most of my time reading some books - that's my new hobby when the pandemic started. I also help my parents with the housework. When my mother cooks our dinner, I play the piano and watch Korean films. After having dinner, I prepare my lessons and go to bed early. At weekends, my family usually visits my grandmother. Her house has a large yard so we can exercise a bit. My family all knows that staying in the house and lying in bed all day is not good, so we sometimes try to make our house a place to play some sports such as table tennis and do aerobics, yoga, ... We also follow the 5K to protect ourselves. Oh, just too many changes. :))
I think that the pandemic helps each person have a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. When facing the COVID-19, we should stay at home, follow the instructions strictly and advertise to everybody about how to live positively. Besides, we shouldn't be so confused. We shouldn't post fake news on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ... The pandemic is just challenging our solidarity, so we must unite to avoid coronavirus and help the world become peaceful and happy again.
I think my email is a little bit too long, so I will finish here. Write to me soon. Our world will win the coronavirus!
Cheers!
